The whole house, all to yourselves. The Cove Guest House is a private 8-bedroom downtown home that sleeps 24 in 12 beds, with room for the whole wedding party, birthday crew or team under one roof. Few places in the area sleep 24, and this one was made for it.

Park Once & Walk



The Cove is one block from the St. Croix in the heart of downtown Prescott. Restaurants, bars, live music and the riverfront are all steps away. Park when you arrive and leave the car for the rest of the weekend, so no one has to be the designated driver.



Parking



Free on-site parking for about 6 cars, plus free overnight street parking right next door on Broad Street and Kinnickinnic Street. Parking is rarely an issue.

Right on Broad Street – Expect lively city sounds from nightlife, music, traffic and the occasional train. If your group is sensitive to sound, keep that in mind when you book.

This is a really unique property that fit our trip group well. The home was decorated in such a fun way - with every section having its own personality. While the weather wasn’t great for us, the outdoor space looked great and would be an amazing place to hang out when the weather is good. The clubhouse had plenty of games for the whole family. Lastly, the views were great and it’s a very short walk to the river and downtown. Megan was a great communicator and made the process smooth. Overall, great stay!

Great communication by owner and property manager. The photos don't do the spaces justice! Fantastic set up for groups. We rented all 4 suites and everyone was ecstatic to have the big community spaces, but still have the privacy in the bedrooms. Wish we would have checked in early to useall the amenities that were available. We came in late on the first evening, but will make sure next time we come as early as possible.

Our entire wedding stayed here the night before and night of our wedding. Wedding was at Ridgetop so this was a perfect location for all if us to get to the venue. Lots of room to hang out and also go ready plus privacy. It was very clean and the owner were great at communicating.

This VRBO is set up as a bachelor/bachelorette party location but it worked perfectly for a large family weekend getaway! We have four adult children and nine grandchildren ages from 1 - 21. Each family had their own suite with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and full kitchens. The gathering outdoor area was perfect to keep kids and one dog coralled. There was amble space to gather and chat, and a fun game room for the older kids to hangout. Our favorite time was just gathering around the fire table at night with a glass of wine. The cute town of Prescott has restaurants, coffee house, a few shops, nice beach and fun bars. The surprises were the constant trains blowing their horns (however we slept great at night), and the many establishments that were cash only. I highly recommend this location for a long weekend getaway, just a quick drive from the cities with small town charm!
