Located only 30 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, or 20 minutes to SLC International Airport. We boast an open and spacious dining room & front room, with a full equipped kitchen.

If you’re looking to enjoy an experience focused stay, we have Stansbury Golf course or Stansbury Lake, both are only 5 minutes away. Other close attractions are Utah Motorsports Campus, Kennecott, and beautiful mountains all direction which are perfect for a quiet hike.

Lovely Home!

The property was just as described plus some! We stayed as a family of 5 and there was plenty of room and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again when I come back!

Pleasant stay in a nice neighborhood!

Patrick was pleasant to communicate with and would respond quickly when needed. The house was clean and tidy and had plenty amenities for our stay. We will gladly stay again if needed.

Comfortable house during work trip.

This house worked well for a 10 day work trip that I had to make to Salt Lake City. Quiet neighborhood, with stores and restaurants in the area. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to book this home again the next time I am in the area.

We enjoyed the house. We did not like the lack of main floor bathroom. The grill was very dirty. There is a water issue on the southwest corner of the home. The deck area had lots of morning glory. The host was very cooperative and helpful.

Family Friendly Home Away from Home

House had a great layout and was the perfect size to accommodate 6 adults and 2 children without feeling over crowded. Big backyard for kids to run and play! Located in nice quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Small playground and large field around the corner. This one is on the top of our list for our next visit to the area!

The house is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to food, shopping and UMC. It's a rental, meaning a bit rough around the edges. Kitchen was well stocked - all the appliances and grill worked.

Sufficient stay

Overall stay wasn’t bad. The house needs a lot of TLC.Lots of paint chips, ceiling scuffs

.. lightbulb not working

.hole in one closet ceiling. Keurig not usable.Did have washer and dryer

Nice location

Beautiful neighborhood. Nice parks. Close to airport, downtown and Great Salt Lake. House was as pictured. Rooms and furniture were nice. Checkin was late, and we had already arrived when notified, and had to wait 45 minutes. Not as well stocked as some kitchens. Served our purpose, as we weren’t planning to cook.

Family friendly and safe!

My husband, mother in law, and I stayed at this home for a week! It was wonderful - in a safe neighborhood, and with all of the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, the house was super clean, and all of the little touches that were provided (fluffy towels; pots, pans, plates, bowls, kid plates/cups, silverware; blankets, pillows; laundry soap; dishwashing soap, etc.) made us feel right at home. My 3 year old grandson loved coming to "Grandma's House" to play and jump on the trampoline in the backyard. Conveniently located close to shopping, a playground 1/2 block walk from the house, and restaurants, this house was great! We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely the most amazing experience!

I can not express how wonderful this experience was. The host was absolutely understanding to my unique situation and needs. Easy to communicate with and very willing to help me be able to provide my out of town National Show Judges with a comfortable and welcoming place to stay for the weekend. The property is well taken care of and beautifully decorated. I could not have asked for anything better. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host!

This property is in a very nice neighborhood =good location. It seemed clean, but it is in need of some repairs. Many areas need paint and the ceiling in one bedroom has a big crack and looks like it could fall at any time. The ceiling fan in the same room really sways, too. that was too scary to use. With some TLC, the place would be much better! The manager was not available when I needed him the day of check-in. that was frustrating.

Never again

This place has serious issues. Plumbing issues for sure. Flush the toilet or take shower and the whole house is woken up by the crazy loud water hammer pipe. Many of the ceilings had severe water damage. There were broken light switch and electrical plates, missing door trim, Sheetrock repair, broken floor tiles, broker kitchen cabinets, rusty gross bbq and the list goes on and on. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Mediocre at best property

the reviews of this home are quite high and we were highly disappointed. the front door was covered in spider webs and wasps nests. broken tiles in the bathroom floor will cut your feet, the kitchen is filthy, and they are silver fish and flies all over the home. top it all off the smoke detector is in the kitchen drawer not even working. this home requires a though cleaning and maintenance before it should be rented again. We have pictures of all of the deficiencies if needed.

The property is dirty & needs a lot of work! No silverware in the kitchen, I had to go buy a spoon to stir my coffee & washcloths. It is way overpriced for the condition that the home is in. I would not recommend this property!
