Welcome to our beautiful house in West Valley city! This spacious house is in a wonderful neighborhood.
From our house to the airport very close (14-15 minutes), super close to restaurants, freeway 201, Mountain view Corridor, grocery and shopping stores (2-5 minutes), to downtown Salt Lake, Salt Place Conventional Center (18-20 minutes).

All the furniture in the house is new. Please leave it in as great a condition as you found it. The entire house is yours so you can enjoy a peaceful stay.
The space

[WIFI]
- We have high speed internet from Xfinity which is available for you while you stay at our house. The username and password have written down on the Welcome sheet located on the kitchen’s island.

[For your Convenience & Cleanliness]
- We provide: shampoo, body wash, lotion, as well as all needed laundry and dish washing supplies.
- We use anti-bacterial wipes for cleaning prior to your stay and are available for you to use freely.
- Complementary coffee and Tea.
- The home equipped with NEST Smart Thermostat for keeping the home just the right temperature but feel free to change it to your level of comfort.

- Laptops, Tablets and Phones charging station, bring your cable for the correct charger.
- Great open concept living room, perfect for hanging out with family and friends.
- 70" Smart TV in Living room for everyone to enjoy. Ready for Netflix, Hulu, HBO, bring your account and connect any time.

[Kitchen]
- Included reverse osmosis water Purifier system, this water system filter changed once a year and is ready for drinking or cooking, the valve will be to the right of the sink.
- Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, Oven and Dishwasher.
- Microwave & coffee machine ready to use.
- Pot and Pan.
- Glass, Plate, Bow, Knives and Silverware.
- Cutting Board (please use the cutting board and do not cut on bare counter top)

Note: Infant friendly, we do provide infant tub but please bring your own baby shampoo and body wash.

[Laundry Room]
- Equipped with Washer and Dryer with Detergents provided.
- Iron and Ironing board are ready to use. Please be careful when iron is on, watch out for kids around and potential of fire hazard.

[Hallway Coat Storage]
- Vacuum and Umbrella when in need. Please return everything back to the same place after you done using it.

[Private Back Yard]
- Fully Fenced with Beautiful Landscape come with BBQ Grill and table. The privacy make a great experience for family and Friend.
Please Note: Cleaning is required. Please clean the BBQ grill after used so our next guests could enjoy them like you do!

[Basement]
Basement is unfinished and off limit to guest.
Guest access

** During the winter months, our water heater is capable of accommodating 3 to 4 people taking showers simultaneously. However, please allow sufficient time for the water to reheat if your group exceeds this number.

** You will have the entire home to yourself. The house is accessed via a keypad lock for the front door and your specific code will be emailed/Text to you same day before arrival.

We ask that you keep the kitchen clean, rinse all the food off kitchenware before placing in dishwasher and clean appliances after used.

Please throw all dirty food into the trash can instead the disposal machine!

House rule:
• NO UNREGISTERED GUEST ALLOW - no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. we will charge a $50 each unregistered guests per night if you break the rule. Quiet time 10pm - 8am.

• NO SHOES ALLOW - If the carpet got stained during your reservation, $150 fee charged will add on for deep clean carpet after you checked out

• NO PETS ALLOW - Due to some guests have severe allergy with animal hair. if we determine that pet in the house there will be carpet cleaning fee, house deep clean fee and other repair fee if damage. we committed to keep our house pet free for all guest to enjoy and safe for all. (Note: i'm also highly allergic to Dog's hair and Cat's hair. so please be considerate)

• NO SMOKING or ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOW inside the house or garage - there is a $300 fine if we determine guest smoke or using illegal Substances inside the home or garage. we committed to keep our house smoke free for all guest to enjoy. Removing or tampered with Smoke detector without reasoning will be a sign of smoke and we will charge a $50 replacement fee for replace each of the smoke alarm if you damage it.

• NO PARTY ALLOW - no party of any kind. No Loud music after quite time. This is a family friendly neighborhood but not a Party friendly, party fine will be $1000. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

• If you break or damage something, not an issue but please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

• Garage door need to be closed when not in use to prevent thieves and animal from going inside. Guest might be ask to pay for any damage or lost items if left it open when not there.

• Front door camera outside and inside garage's security camera for guest protection and party enforcer (video and audio will be record 24/7), please do not disable the camera, we will have to ask you to leave the home for violating the house rule. We do not have or support or allow any hidden camera inside the home. if we find out that guest leave a hidden camera for any purposes we will turn it over to the authority.

• If you use the Grill, Please move the grill outside the door away from the home so there would not be any fire hazard, Clean up after usage require. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. If you don't move it outdoor and grill inside the garage and damage the wall we will charge a repair fee.

• No Food or Drink in the Bedrooms, Guest will compensate host for any food or drink stains in the bedroom.

• Please don’t bring any Blankets, Pillows and Blanket to backyard!!! Blankets & Pillows are meant to use inside the bedrooms.
Breaking the rule might cost you for replacement of the damage item.

**For those who stay on Wednesday night, Please bring the trash containers to the middle of the circle so it can be taken away Thursday Morning

** A Big BLUE trash container is for RECYCLE trash ONLY - Please don’t throw any food trash, plastic and bottle in there.

• During Winter (snowing) time, we’re asking guest to clean your wet shoes and do not bring dirt in to the carpet. Also please leave your ski/ snowboard gears
inside the garage instead bringing it inside the house or on the carpet floor.


Note: we require a $1000 deposit for every stay, Failure to comply to any of these will result in extra fees or have your reservation canceled without a refund.
