This is our first time back since Ian and Sanibel does not disappoint. The Condo has a nice view of the property and the gulf. We really appreciated the comfortable furniture and all the necessary kitchen items. This condo has everything you need. The hosts were great with information on access, parking and also things that were happening on island during our stay. I also found the Sanibel History book was very interesting. Thank you Ken and Susan

This is a lovely condo with a great view of the pool and the beach. It has a very soothing Floridian feel to it. Very comfortable and I would highly recommend it.

Great stay

This was our first time in Sanibel. The condo was everything we needed. Clean, roomy, well stocked and most importantly, on the beach. Easy access to everything you need, yet quiet and peaceful. Tropical with wildlife and nature preserves everywhere. Not over crowded in August. Communication with owners was thorough and they even provided helpful tips about things to do on Sanibel and Captiva. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo!

My wife and I, along with our son and his fiancé, absolutely loved Pointe Santo condo C-22 and enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and offered up sights of the beautiful grounds along with gators, turtles, iguanas and rabbits. Probably a few other creatures we didn't see! The condo was all that we could ask for; roomy, clean, plenty of amenities but more importantly, Welcoming! The beach with the sunrises and sunsets were breathtakingly beautiful! We were lucky to "swim" with the dolphins one day as they were rolling in the surf not too far from us while we were in the water. Awesome to say the least! The people on Sanibel were very friendly and helpful. Our dining experiences were wonderful, the food was outstanding! Host Ken and Susan were very easy and helpful to work with. Could not ask for an easier process from booking to check-in. We will be back!

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very tastefully decorated, had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the views from the balcony were amazing! The owners were very easy for deal with. We had 1 minor issue during our stay, and it was taken care of right away. We would definitely love to stay here again. Our experience was great!

Excellent place

I spent a week here with my 3 children (19, 21 and 21) we had an excellent time and would highly recommend this condo. Susan and Ken are Very easy to work with, replied to questions fast with a lot of detail. Beach towels were nice and thick. Also had nice chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Condo is clean and well taken care of. We will stay here again when vacationing in Sanibel.

Even better than the photos

Just spent a very relaxing vacation at C22. The condo was beautiful and the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen and entire condo was very spacious. Loved that there were beach chairs, toys and towels, if needed. We were always able to find a lounge chair that the resort provides along the beach. Grocery and an amazing coffee place was within walking distance or an easy drive. Lots of great restaurants and shopping near by too. We loved the Crab Shack and Doc Fords. We were very appreciative that there was bug spray in the condo as well. Very much needed at dusk and after a rain. Finally, enjoyed the keyless entry. Very nice not worrying about who has the key. LOL! Thank you Susan and Ken for allowing us to rent your condo. We hope to go back soon and will definitely recommend your place.

Perfect get away

This was our first time visiting Sanibel Island. This particular condo and this resort in general were perfect for our family. Condo very clean and with everything you needed including sand toys, chairs, coolers, etc. Great beach with easy shell finding. Pool was very nice for when our children were not at the beach. Also centrally located in sanibel with many food options and 1 mile from grocery. Very nice nature preserve 0.5 miles from door. Overall would recommend this place to anyone

We had an amazing stay at this property over Thanksgiving! It is clean, well manicured, well-staffed, and has great amenities. We enjoyed our condo a great deal and loved the access to the beach as well as being near stores and trails to hike/bike. It was perfect for our family.

Relaxation

What a getaway! Much needed. Peaceful, relaxing, fun. Swim, eat, walk on the beach and repeat. Dolphins, manatee, fish and oh the shells. Condo was a relaxing place to do puzzles and rest between swimming and walking on the beach. What a great time was had by all.

GREAT place!

Unit C22 was wonderful! It had everything you could think of. The beds were comfortable and the patio was peaceful! The location is close to the grocery stores on the island along with several restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked if you just want to enjoy being at the condo and the grills are close too. We would recommend this unit to anyone and WILL be back. Ken and Susan were so nice to deal with. I hope they know how special their place really is!!!

Amazing place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we were still there. Beautiful place and very peaceful. Lots of rest and relaxation. Beach access is amazing and is only a short walk to the sand with brick paths that lead to chairs and umbrellas and a great view of the ocean. Condo was great and no issues with a very short, nice walk to the beach. Condo is extremely sound proof and felt as if I were in a house with no neighbor noise. Can't wait to go back!

We were born in the Midwest and now live in Ithaca, New York. Ken teaches at Cornell University and Susan is a family mediator. We have been visiting Sanibel for 15 years for family vacations and this year decided it would be great to own our own place and be able to share it with family and friends. Sanibel has such a special quality about it - at once peaceful and restful - and also has lots of activities to keep it interesting. The beaches are gorgeous with millions of shells.

Pointe Santo seemed to us one of the nicest kept complexes on Sanibel. The staff is attentive and friendly. The kids program is great for all ages. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the beach is perfect with a great view of the sunset almost every night.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love to have breakfast on the lanai while watching the birds and turtles in the lagoon and listening to the waves breaking on the beach. Our view from both the living room and master bedroom looks straight into the Gulf. On warm nights you can sleep with all the doors to the lanai open and wake to the sound of birds and waves.
