This newly-built Casita (2019) is a 300 sq. ft. efficiency style house located on a quiet street in Lo De Marcos. It has the best of both worlds: It’s within walking distance to restaurants, biking distance to the beach, yet far enough from the beaten track to allow a quiet, private stay. Once you’ve passed through the main gate from the road after a fun day about town or at the beach, you’ll be in your own private sanctuary.

There are two kitchens: Inside, a four-burner gas stove, oven, and small refrigerator. Outside, a gas grill, sink, and plenty of work space.

Inside is a comfy king-size, pillow top bed and a designer bathroom with shower.

The Casita is a bright, open space with high ceilings and ceiling fans allowing for optimal air flow. The split system A/C cools the entire space in a matter of minutes. The window and French doors allow for lots of natural light but have room darkening curtains for a good night’s sleep. All fixtures are brand new.

The front French doors open completely onto the 450sq. ft. covered veranda which has a lounge area, dining area and a wall-mounted 51” smart TV. Outside you also have an open-air outdoor shower for rinsing after trips to the beach. Beyond the covered verandah is an open-air patio... the perfect place for sunrise yoga or morning meditation.

The grounds are fully landscaped with mango, avocado and banana trees and lots of flat, green grass... perfect for picnics or naps under the shady trees.
