Home away from home

The moment we walked in, was just like home. Great location to beach and stores. Clean and comfortable. We will book again. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful also very friendly.

The location and neighborhood are great. The layout of the house is perfect if you have company. Looking out to the 9th hole of the golf course while on the screened lanai was enjoyable. Those are the positives. There were numerous things wrong with the house that should have been repaired/replaced or cleaned properly before renting to anyone. I will leave it at that. I do wish I knew what the criteria is for listing a house on VRBO. The owner is very nice, even though issues brought to his attention were not tended to during our 32 day stay,

This is a very nice home in a very safe area. Having a garage for the stay was a nice bonus. It has 3 bedrooms, but only has seating for 4 people in the living room area, so that could be an issue if you had 6 people staying and want everyone to hang out and wind down in the evening. The home is a bit dated and could use some sprucing up for sure. I also felt that whoever cleans it between guests could certainly clean it better. It wasn't dirty per se, but the outdoor patio area was dirty enough that if you sat in the chairs, you would get dirt on your clothing. The baseboards and crevices were also not very clean, but the main living area and bedding all seemed to be cleaned good. Overall, we would stay at this property again as it seems to be a good value. Just pointing out that it is not perfect.
