It was so cute! Had almost everything we needed. Make sure you bring your own ice & Kleenex just to be prepared. Perfect location for beach access. Great outdoor space. Very close to shops & dining. Would highly recommend and will definitely consider staying there again!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very clean, convenient to walk to main avenue and to the beach, host very sweet and easy to communicate with, bed was so comfortable! A/C was nice worked good to cool the room down. Beautiful balcony views, there were a couple of light bulbs burned out in main room and in the shower, also had things in the outside shed you can use which was super helpful and convenient! 4.5/5 stars! Great stay!

This property is Amazing! Check in/Check out was very easy. Property is very clean, and provides everything you might need! Air Conditioning is Cold! Bed is EXTREMELY Comfortable! This Host is Great. I would recommend to my dearest friends, and would stay here again!

The description was accurate and the location was very convenient. Less than a half mile walk to Flagler and just a block to the beach. If you prefer a firm mattress to sleep, this is not the rental for you. The kitchen is adequately stocked but not a full kitchen for cooking. It is a good value for a couple and we would stay again. Very quiet location.

We enjoyed our stay at the quaint cottage. The fees were reasonable and the close location to the beach was great. The air conditioning was a bit warm so we opened the windows and doors which helped in March. We would like to stay there again.

Everything was as advised! The cottage was clean close to the beach and too Flagler avenue. We stayed 10 nights although we hit some of the coldest weather New Smyrna has had in years we still managed to enjoy ourselves.
