Le chalet est situĂ© sur le cĂŽtĂ© sud de Savannah sur un terrain de 1 Âœ acre, Ă  proximitĂ© de la promenade Truman, des commerces et du lac Mayer (un parc avec pique-nique, 1 mile Âœ, pĂȘche, tennis et terrains de basket +). Accessible aux personnes handicapĂ©es, entiĂšrement meublĂ© et comprend de nombreux appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers et buanderie, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine, Netflix, Internet sans fil, foyer et aire de pique-nique et clĂŽturĂ© dans la cour. If someone like us is specifically looking for two bedrooms, you need to know this. The second bedroom is in the attic and has three or four beds. the room has no windows, no ventilation. so when we came we couldn't stay there because while the downstairs felt ok temperature-wise, upstairs was steaming hot. When we reached out to the host we were advised to either use the couch downstairs or cover the vents upstairs. we ended up using the couch downstairs, which was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that that attic bedroom was under renovation, which was also an unwanted surprise. Honestly, hosts should let people know about things like that as soon as they realize that they can't finish constructions or renovations in time. Property manager, Julie who lives next door was nice, but unfortunately that didn't help us with our bedding issue. So all in all it was a very disappointed experience.Oh yeah on top of that they want visitors to help with stripping all used bedding, and you know what I think I'm getting tired with this type of attitude. One bedroom is inhabitable? Make it work! Do the bedding! etc.etc. What am I paying for? Definitely not for this. When I go on a trip I want to enjoy my accommodation, instead of making it work.

This was a great rental for our family. The host was very friendly and responsive. We were in town for a wedding, and the location was perfect. It was very easy to get around town. The cottage was spotless, spacious, and very well stocked. We would definitely love to stay here again the next time we visit.

So much more than expected

The experience was so much more than we had expected. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants the full package!!! This property set the bar very high for any future experiences with other properties. If I am ever back in Savannah I plan on staying at this property again.

Quite Nice

It was a very nice stay. The property sits on quite a bit of land and offers a lot of outdoorsy things to do. I really liked the spacious land with trees and other brush that was so beautiful. I really wish I had arranged more time to just sit outdoors and admire my surroundings.

Very nice cottage in a great location

We had a lovely stay at "comfortable in Savannah" - we had a couple of issues after checking in, but they were quickly handled by the owner/property manager. Great location if you have pets - the property was large and was a treat for our puppies. I would recommend this location!

Quiet & serene

My family stayed here for 4 days. The house was clean & accurately photographed/described. The furniture was comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. I wasnt expecting multiple houses on the property (main house & 2 cottages) but the other guests were very quiet so it was almost the same as being alone. The property is beautiful with lots of green space, landscaping & a firepit. The location (for what we were interested in) couldn't be beat. Close to downtown with easy access on the Truman & about a 30 min drive to Tybee. This was a great find for us. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!

The house was in a great location. Close to downtown and only about 25 minutes from Tybee. The house was just as described and very cozy. Comes equipped with all you would need to make meals. My son loved playing the board games there. The owner was super nice. They even had some beach towels provided and let us borrow their boogie boards. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to explore Savannah

The accommodation is part of a beautiful and quiet park like environment. Perfectly located to explore Savannah and nearby Tybee Island. For us it fulfilled all our expectations. It's clean, comfortably equipped and well maintained.
