Renovated 2-bdrm adjacent to Nau/DT

WHY WE LOVE IT:
-Updated beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom
-Newly renovated and designed.
-Stare at NAU’s gorgeous campus out of the kitchen window, and enjoy a sunset cocktail on the second-floor patio looking at the San Francisco peaks! -Walkable to both Downtown and Sawmill! Tons of restaurants, shops, and breweries nearby.
-Hiking within a couple of minutes drive.
-Enjoy all that Flagstaff has to offer without even getting into your car.
-MAP; use the starting point S Verde St 86001.

Walk in the front door to the living room, equipped with a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and mounted flat screen TV. Just down the hall are a half-bathroom and a full spacious kitchen with a dining room table. Up the stairs to the right is a King bedroom with a small deck and seating. Around the corner is a full bathroom. And across the stairs is a Queen bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom.

MAP the distance to the Airport/Downtown/Snowbowl/Grand Canyon etc., and use the starting point S Verde St 86001.
-NO pets.

-NO parties or events.

-NO outdoor music past 9pm. Please be respectful to the neighbors.

-NO smoking, it's dry, you won't want to start a fire.

Comfortable beds and beautiful interior
Comfy beds and pillows, clean, beautiful interior and bathrooms. Just be aware it is in the student district so can be noisy at night and surrounding area a bit run down. Very convenient for walking to the university or town center though.

Cozy home close to food and activities!
My husband and I came up to Flagstaff for a long weekend and needed something in close proximity to food and shops. This home is nestled around student housing (very close to NAU) so we were a little nervous about noise but it was negligible and completely canceled out using the provided sound machines. The amenities were excellent, with the fireplace keeping my husband warm, a full sized fridge with filtered water, and a comfortable master bedroom with a nice view outside. Check in was a breeze (having a garage to keep the car was a nice bonus) and we felt very secure the entire trip. We would stay here again!

Great experience, primo house!
We had a great stay. We arrived late in the evening and someone had come to turn on the lights and music. So nice not to have to stumble around in the dark!! Beds were comfy, nice linens, perfectly appointed. Host was very easy to communicate with and attentive. Great location. Will definitely stay again!
