Set for up to 4 guests, the home includes 1 bedroom and 2 beds: a queen bed in the bedroom and a full pull-out bed in the living room. Premium mattresses and fresh linens promise restful nights, while room-darkening shades and extra blankets create a calm retreat after a day exploring trails or downtown shops.

A shared backyard and patio extend your space into the open air. Unwind in the hot tub, gather by the fire pit, or enjoy conversation on outdoor furniture. The private entrance ensures easy access, and both on-site and street parking are available.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers everything needed for easy home cooking, including a refrigerator, stove, single oven, microwave, freezer, and toaster. A drip coffee maker and provided coffee help start mornings right. The dining table for four offers a comfortable space to share meals before another Flagstaff adventure.

**Only one car per united is permitted due to limited parking space. There is free street parking from April to November. Other times of the year there is overflow parking at the Marriott for a fee
-Walk down the path on the right side of the unit to get to the shared patio and hot tub area. Quiet time after 9pm

***There is a heating grate on the floor in the hall from the living room to the kitchen. It gets very hot***
