Enjoy the warmth of the Southwest Florida sun while lounging by the heated pool or soaking in the hot tub at this charming Florida-style home. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, the home offers a perfect setting for relaxation and comfort.

The fully fenced backyard provides a great space for your dog to run around freely. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with a spacious countertop for meal prep, complemented by a higher counter with bar stools – perfect for drinks, snacks, or casual conversation with friends and family. A grill is available to use, located in the lanai, perfect for outdoor cooking and enjoying meals in the fresh air. Two dining options are available: a dining room table for a relaxed meal, or a patio table in the lanai for dining al fresco.

The living area features comfortable seating, ideal for watching TV or enjoying board games with loved ones.

Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and beautiful beaches, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay. A Level 2 EV charger is available for your electric vehicle (additional charges apply).

Guests are welcome to use the garage, but please note that parking inside is unavailable as it is currently occupied by a car.

For your safety, the property is equipped with four outdoor security cameras that record both audio and video 24/7. Two cameras are located at the front of the house(right and left sides), facing the road, another is located at the right side of the house facing the pool equipment and road, the other is positioned at the left side of the house, directed at the stern of our boat and facing the road. Last minute trip to Cape Coral

Very nice house in quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. This house was perfect for our last minute trip to be with family and is stocked well with supplies. We arrived very late and property was very easy to access. Loved that they have a fenced in yard and allow dogs.

Exceptional home and host

The house, pool, and yard were wonderful for my husband, dogs and I. We were pleased with all of the little touches that made our stay easier and enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed, pool had toys and floats, literally everything we needed was thought of and provided During our stay, our pooch had medical problems. Graeme was understanding and helpful, extending our stay until pup was more stable to travel. This was my first experience with vrbo and our host and his home was exceptional!!! Definitely recommend!

Great home, amazing hosts

I stayed at this property with my daughter and 2 dogs. It was more than enough space for all of us. The pool and hot tub were our favorite amenities. The fenced in back yard was great for the pups. My daughter especially liked that the house was hooked up to a smart home and that she could change the color of the LED lanai lights. All our needs were met, and if there was anything needed the hosts made sure that they were instantly taking care.

Large breed dog review

House was clean and well taken care of. The backyard is fenced which was a plus when playing fetch with my dog. Also, I could walk my dogs in the neighborhood because there was not a lot of traffic. The owner was available for any questions we had. If we visit Cape Coral again this would be the house I would rent.

Great dog friendly vacation home

Outdoor area was great including the Barbecue,(Grill if you're American) and the "dog door" . Used the pool daily - temperature was 83. Indoor area was also good but TV could be upgraded in the living room and a dresser needed in the queen room. Kitchen was great. Any utensil you needed, they had it. Will return if available on a future trip. Our dog gives it a "high five"paw.

A bit overpriced IMO

The house is clean and beds are comfortable. but no place to store groceries if on an extended stay. Pantry is full of dvds and games. Pool and hot tub are dated and lanai needs to be rescreened. My dog was blamed for torn screen by property manager which I paid to repair. Hired the job out to be sure correct lanai screening was used and repair man confirmed that the entire lanai needs to be rescreened and there was no way my dog was to blame. Air conditioning is locked at 74degrees max by owner which is something I’ve never experienced in all the times I’ve rented in Cape Coral. Failure to clean up after pet will result in a $200 charge yet there is no pooper scooper available so guests will have to bring their own or pick up by hand.

Hi Erin. Thank you for your input. We have moved the movies and games out of the closet in the kitchen to make room for groceries. Thanks to hurricane Ian, the lanai has been rescreened. There are dog waste bags in the drawer of the table by the front door. For sanitary reasons, we don’t provide any type of shovel to pick it up. The a/c was locked to 74, because the guest who checked out previous to you checking in had the air set to 60°, which resulted in a complete failure of our a/c system, which was entirely replaced in the days before your check in at a cost of more than $5000. If you had asked, we would have set it to a level that made you more comfortable. Thanks for staying with us! Graeme & Tricia.

We are a family of 3 (mom, dad and 14 year old daughter), with two large breed fur babies. We enjoy this area of Florida so much, and have been vacationing here for years that we wanted to make our dream of owning a little slice of the Cape a reality. We enjoy spending time outdoors, which includes lots of boating.

This is such a quiet area, and the fully fenced yard for our dogs as well as the pool and Jacuzzi was the perfect home for us to spend our time.
