We had a small weekend get away with family and the house was the perfect size and location. It was clean and had all the amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The host was always available and such a pleasure to work with. Definitely a place we would revisit.

Great Stay

House was exactly as pictured....very clean and had everything that we needed. Communication with host for any question was quick and easy. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay near St. Louis.

2023 regional convention/family reunion

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The was house was clean and spacious, and the modern bathrooms really added to the appeal. The enclosed back porch was nice and was used once the temperature droppped. The host was easy going and communication was great. We’ll definitely be looking for the availability of this house next time we’re in town.

Nice and clean family home

We were in St. Louis on for spring break. This home was located minutes away from the highway which gave us lots of access to sightseeing. Patio area was beautiful. The teenagers enjoyed downtown stairs area as it gave them their own hangout area. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We were in town for the p!nk concert and visited union station. We wanted a place large enough for 6 adults and two teens. This home was perfect! Quiet, well established, and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed coffee each morning in the screened in porch. Very clean, well maintained and had all the necessities! Wonderful communication with Cindy, owner. Highly recommend!

A bit small for 9 people

It was smaller than I expected for nine people two people had to sleep on couches. Also, there wasn't a whole lot personality to the house. There's no lamps or side tables in the living room. The master bedroom was comfortable. Bathrooms are kind of small. If it's a house, you're gonna hang out and I would suggest something else but if it's just a house you're sleeping and it was fine.

JEWEL on New Jamestown

… This home is a JEWEL! Loved everything about it! … Cindy, the property owner, is so responsive and helpful. Right away, I felt comfortable and looked forward to reserving her home for our family of 9 (2 Families - parents / high school youth / College age adults) … We were impressed by the warm decor, generous bedroom spaces with storage, and the screened-in back porch! The back lawn would accommodate family-friendly and child-friendly games / activities. … The lower-level has a Bedroom (Queen bed) and Bath/Shower, along with a family-room space with couch / TV. All Beds in the home were very comfortable, and generously sized (3 Queens, 1 King). We did take advantage of the Pull-Out Queen Sofa in the Great Room; our Young Adults are “big kids” now! The amenities were among the TOP I’ve encountered among my VRBO rentals. … 100% I will book Cindy’s home again! It’s a JEWEL!
