Great location and amenities
We always enjoy the property and amenities at Westgate. The unit was great and well stocked in both kitchen and bathroom areas. We will definitely rebook this unit for our next visit to Park City!

Great Westgate Stay!
We rented this unit (full 1 BR plus Studio) for a long weekend in Park City. I live in SLC and my mom was visiting from WA state. The unit was exactly as described and the pictures matched the experience. The high ceilings were nice as you don't get that in all of the units in the Westgate. Also, the beds were so cozy and comfy. We had a hard time getting up and out the door each day. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Horrible experience
When we arrived, the temperature in the living space was nearly 90°. We called the host and requested a phone call to explain the problem and a couple other challenges. Despite this request, I never received a phone call, even when I sent written communication through multiple means, asking them to please call . We received some limited communication via email, but the host, overall, was not responsive to our concerns. In addition, we requested check in information the day before check in, so that some of our family could check in on time. We were participating in activities that our phone and Internet access. I was on hold for over an hour trying to speak to a live person. I left several messages, asking for a return call. Again, there was no return call. After I contacted VRBO directly, I finally received an email where the host refused to give any check information until 15 minutes before checking in time. Even as simple email telling us that we could check in through the front desk would have been appreciated. This was extremely inconvenient. The amenities were great, the floor plan was great, the kitchen was well stocked, but we were not able to enjoy the living space for much time we were there. The other part of our family stayed at another property was older, the host was very responsive. We had to all hang out there due to the extreme heat on this property. It was hotter In the room, than outside. It was a horrible experience due to mostly absent host

Your review is a blatant lie, Ron. Firstly, you demanded a phone call after hours at 12:30 AM. The AC issue was immediately addressed with the Westgate Resort that night. My staff went to the property and met with your wife in person the following morning to make sure that you and your party were properly attended to. Your wife was very kind and said there weren’t any issues, clearly indicating there wasn’t a need for you to be called. Also, our properties have a strict no-party policy, and your reservation reflected a total guest count of 8. I was notified by the hotel, multiple times, that there was a large party on-site in 4916. It was also observed by several members of our staff that there was a party sign for the "Wilkinson Family and Friends Lunch." Despite this extreme violation of our policies, I did not bother you during your event. This should have called for an immediate termination of your reservation. However, due to the inconvenience you experienced with the AC, I kindly decided to let it go. There are dozens of emails and conversations back and forth between Nestique and Ron, the very first email explaining that checkin instructions are sent 15 minutes prior to your 4:00 designated checkin time. This is also in your rental agreement which you also failed to sign. Perhaps you think it’s OK to talk to people like garbage while they roll out the red carpet, but I would NOT recommend Ron to any other hosts on this platform or any other online travel agency.
