We welcome you to enjoy this 1000+ square feet meticulously-cleaned living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a living room, and a full kitchen. It is located in the heart of the Allston campus of Harvard University, home to Harvard Business School, Engineering School.

This house is conveniently located close to grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Star Market), cafes (Starbucks, Dunkin', etc.), and many highly-rated restaurants.

On weekends, holidays and after hours 6pm-8am, street parking is free on Western Ave, which is closest to us. However, you can find free parking in our neighborhood where there is no restrictions. There is a paid garage parking (with EV chargers) available across the street from us. Please contact us should you need to use their parking spaces.

Great location for Boston stay

The apartment was in a great location for our exploration of Boston. It seemed to be very centrally located and easy to get to all the sites. Only drawback was difficulty finding parking for our rental car.

Graduation Weekend

Some of our family gathered in Boston to celebrate and attend our daughter's graduation. Allston was a great central location, making it easy to get to campus as well as other areas of Boston. There was plenty of room for all of us in the apartment and even 2 bathrooms, which was very helpful on the morning of graduation. Communication was very good once we arrived, helping us immediately on arrival when a code didn't work, and responding quickly with helpful information another day. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Boston.

Property & location is excellent. Proximity to large construction project causes day time disruption

The host is lovely and responsive to our concerns. The apartment itself is spacious and user friendly. Proximity to dog park and walking along the Charles is wonderful. It is easy to get to almost everywhere in the boston area we wanted to go. The biggest problem is the enormous construction project across the street from this property leading to day time noise and shaking felt throughout the day if you are home. All of Western ave is 'under extreme renovation"ultimately good for the area but now lots of dust and commotion!

Living here you are super close to many local amenities: premium quality grocery stores, cafes, restaurants are all within a short walk. Great outdoor space will help you keep fit/unwind, or simply enjoy some relaxing family time!

We are right in the middle of an exciting transformation of Lower Allston, where more retailers, office buildings and residential buildings are been built. Right across from us, the NEXUS project are being developed as a part of Allston Innovation Corridor.
We are a few minutes' walk to Harvard Business School, Harvard Stadium, and the new Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Across the Charles River, Harvard's main campus is just a 20-minute walk away. There are multiple buses just around the street corner to take you to the major sights of Boston and other towns near Boston.
