Very nice! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. It was very clean, comfortable, spacious and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained and the space had a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The thoughtful touches were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and bright for a garden apartment. Great location for our visit with family in Boston. The apartment was not adequately supplied for the 4 people staying there (only enough towels for 4 people, two roles of used toilet paper). Also the apartment was cleaned but not ready for our stay. Towels were still in the drier, dishes still in dishwasher, used sponges in the sink. A nice place to stay, disappointed that it was not fully ready and stocked.

Hello Steve, Sorry you found our accommodations less that 5 Stars. Yes we do have two rolls of toilet paper I. Each of the two bathrooms, so that would actually amount to a roll of toilet paper for each person. The towels and linen in the dryer were extra. We often have quick turnaround and manage many units. Unfortunately there are times when clean dishes will be found in the dishwasher as opposed to in the cabinets. We will do better at communicating those instances to future guests. Thank you

This is a very neat and clean place to stay. Our only suggestion is to provide visitors with a welcome type guide that lists things of interest in the area, how best to get around, etc. I also suggest providing morning coffee, for at least the first day, till we learn our way around.

Our first time in Boston

This property was just as listed, very clean, looks like it’s either new build or recently renovated, host was always very responsive and helpful, we didn’t have any issues If I was going to stay there again I would rent a vehicle, it was far from transit, we were exploring the city every day so just called Uber, other than that it was great

The apartment is very spacious and clean. The only issue was the AC. It worked great but was on a timer and would reset during the night causing it to be very hot. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Place, I loved the Steam Shower!

Everything was perfect and I cannot wait to stay here again. Easy parking, cool neighbors, easy in and out of the home. The host was overly accommodating. Thank you for helping make our trip amazing.

Overall this is a cute little basement suite! The location wasn’t as ideal as I had hoped, I didn’t feel safe leaving for a walk from here and the amenities were very limited (had to purchase our own toilet paper, paper towel as we ran out after the first few days but were there a week) and had to finish laundry that was left in the dryer.
