Beautiful memories await you at our modern and cozy private basement suite in a brand-new building. Here, you will experience basement living with a 5- star sleeping experience at a 1-star price. Location is considered one of the most expensive housing streets. Stunning community lake, cobblestone paths, and community clock tower. You can explore acres of natural trees and scenic ponds including walkways and trails. Public transportation/bus stop is located less than a minute's walk from the suite. Easily access major roadways like Anthony Henday drive and enjoy shopping and dining options, close to west Edmonton mall, the largest mall in North America Separate private entrance to suite equipped with free internet, TV with Netflix and crave, all equipment’s in the suite are brand new. Secured with gated entry. close to Edmonton airport. you can stroll around the neighborhood and admire nature. Our location is a safe, friendly, and welcoming community with an abundance of modern amenities

Our newly built and clean space is a breath of fresh air with its elegant and clean design. The entire suite consists of a spacious area with a sofa bed, dining, two reading/work spaces, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and access to Netflix, crave demand, and more. Full kitchen cookware and utensils, queen-size bed, full bathroom, in-suite laundry, separate heating, and digital thermostat control which makes you warm and relaxing. We have lots of free parking. Public transportation/bus stop is located less than a minute's walk.
The suit is 5 mins away from Walmart, superstore, Marks, Winners, Home Sense, Home Depot, Canadian tire, movie theatre, pharmacy, banks, gym and lots of restaurants, groceries shopping, medical clinic, and more. You will not have a shortage of things to do during your stay.
The private suite is ideal for couples, singles, families, business travelers, and anyone who wants to escape it all.
Step into the comfort of our brand-new modern private entrance basement fully equipped and tastefully furnished to meet all your needs. Our suite has soundproofing which reduces noise from the main floor but you may still hear sounds occasionally.

The unit was spotlessly clean and cozy, exactly as pictured and the queen sized bed was incredibly comfortable. My husband and I like to walk so we enjoyed being able to stroll around the neighborhood with its lovely ponds. We rented a car as we had to go to various parts of the city and found that this property is well located, close to the Anthony Henday freeway with easy access to south and west Edmonton. The host was very courteous and responsive, promptly answering all of my questions. I would definitely stay at this property again as I feel that it was good value for the money.

Perfect accommodations for my weekend trip to Edmonton

I just spent the weekend in Edmonton visiting my daughter and this property was perfect for my accommodations that I needed. The suite was meticulously clean and provided everything I would need during my stay. The information that I would need regarding the property and the check in procedures was very clear and easy to understand. I was away from the suite during the day but each evening when I returned it was very quiet and peaceful. Any questions I had were responded to immediately using the VRBO app. I would definitely stay here for any future trips I may have back to Edmonton.

This is a functional and affordable place in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The location is relatively convenient if you have a car. The host provides clear instructions and is responsive to requests.

Great Location

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the owners we prompt with communication. The only thing was limited parking, no where to plugin in winter and access was limited as sidewalks weren't shoveled. It was a bit noisy but not overly. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The owners were really accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We would definately stay again!
