Amazing place to stay, very clean, very easy to communicate if needed (I didn’t need it this trip) but they offered amazing directions, great location for whyte ave and downtown areas, great location for uber and rides from the bus, the train goes by there, good food locations on Whyte ave, and downtown, they offered Netflix which was amazing, 10/10

Excellent Accommodations

Easy check-in, clean, comfortable beds, upstairs tenants were quiet, excellent location for getting around the city, beautiful neighbourhood for walking around. Note: Livingroom area is small and there is no kitchen table/chairs however there is space for four adults.

I had an excellent stay at this property in Edmonton. The place was spotless, very clean, and well maintained. It’s also perfectly located — central and not too far from anywhere I needed to go, which made my movements around Edmonton very easy. The host, Solomon, was incredibly courteous and responsive. I needed something during my stay, and the moment I informed him, he provided it within the hour. His communication and hospitality were outstanding. The home offers great privacy, a peaceful environment, and even the neighbours were very friendly and helpful. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay. If you are visiting Edmonton and want a clean, private, and conveniently located place with an amazing host, I highly recommend this property. Whenever I return to Edmonton, this will definitely be my first choice. Thank you to Solomon for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable!

Positive Experience

Absolutely excellent and safe location to spend our one week vacation. The place was very clean, nice and new. We were able to navigate around the city easily thanks to this wonderful location. We will definitely book again if we visit Edmonton in the future. 100% recommendation!!!

Very clean. Good location. Renovated. Has dishwasher which is nice. Walking to the door by the fence is a gap. Not safe. Not good for seniors or young children. No natural light. Can sleep up to 4- ideally 2 person occupancy. Has a low table by couch, not ideal for eating at. No chairs. No cleaning clothes provided for counters. No extras provided like coffee or sugar. One hand towel and face cloth provided for 2 people. Price was very reasonable.

The house was so dirty! There was dirty underwear in the bathroom, the end tables were covered in something sticky, and there was a dirty q-tip stuck to the front. The furniture is all used and very cheap, the bed frame collapsed when my 110lb daughter layed down. The matresses are the worst I have ever slept on. I messaged the host, he responded immediately and said he would send a cleaner. The cleaner did fix the bed, but cleaned nothing. We left and stayed at a hotel.

Good value, needs small improvements

Pro’s: Check-in is easy, kitchen was equipped with everything. Newer space with nice touches. The neighborhood is quaint on a tree-lined street. Parking could be challenging at times, but mostly works out. No A/C, but fans are provided. Location is decent—doesn’t take longer than 20 minutes to drive to most places. Good value for the price. Cons: The beds are NOT comfortable—one is so soft due to 2 spring mattresses put together that 2 people sleeping in it hurts the back, hips, and neck. The other bed is so creaky when you turn that it wakes everyone up. Also, there are no curtains or blinds—no way to darken the rooms, especially in the summer when the sun comes up early and goes down late. All the doors for the bedrooms and bathroom stick, so it makes a loud noise to open and close. The couch is very hard—even sitting on it is uncomfortable. Need to be careful walking into the unit on the side of the house with the narrow walkway. The step up and down into the tub is high, it can use a small step stool.
