The house met our expectations for our first trip to Atlanta. We were not familiar with the Atlanta area. We wanted a place near the Georgia Aquarium. The unit was very close. It is very close to MercedesBenz Stadium. The beds were comfortable and living space was great. Kitchen was stocked well. We had a hard time falling asleep on Sunday because there was a lot of noise on the streets, but the other two night were great. It was nice that the three teens had their own beds and plenty of bathrooms. I would not have stayed here with younger children. Area is sketchy. Security system in unit was easy to use. Owner has cameras installed on the outside of house. I would recommend installing hooks for towels in the bathroom. Light on stairwell was burned out. We were out see sights in the city on our last day and for some reason the keypad didn’t work correctly. I called the owner. He called us right back and we were able access the house with no problems. When we checked out the house locked with no problems.

A group of us (6) stayed here for a conference and it was the best spot we could have asked for. There were ample beds and bathrooms with showers for everyone and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The amenities were exactly what we needed and one underrated portion of the house is the back porch, which has a nice patio set up and a fire pit. Additionally, the area was fairly quiet around us and we never felt unsafe!

Concert/mothers day weekend

Perfect location to attend events at Mercedes Benz. House was very clean, tidy, perfect for all 7 of us. Host sent all necessary and helpful information for stay. Would definitely stay again in the future if back in Atlanta!

Perfect for families

Within walking distance to almost everything, everyone had their own room and TV, and plenty of bathrooms too. Would definitely stay here again!

Trade show at GWCC - Location excellent

We came down for a trade show at the GWCC. 4 of us were able to stay comfortably. Beautiful house. With in a short walk of GWCC and Mercedes Benz. Will definitely stay again for our next event downtown. Clean, easy process. Highly recommend.

Lots of space!

Our group of five had lots of extra room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only slight drawback is The driveway is super tight for two midsized cars. But it worked.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the property a lot, it had space enough for all of us. We did have a few issues with the heating unit downstairs not working so owner brought over space heaters. The upstairs gets very hot. Beds were super comfy but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything especially if you are in downstairs bedroom. Owner had great communication and we would stay again.

Peach Bowl Homebase

Nice house, great host, great proximity to stadium. Neighborhood is so-so but wasn’t an issue for us at all. Lots of reviews complain about the short driveway. We fit 2 cars no problem. Would definitely book again.

Great Location!

We met up with friends from NE and AZ to catch the football game. The location couldn't have been better! The house was comfortable and beds were wonderful. We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would for sure stay there again!

Close to Convention Center and Mercendez-Benz Arena

Place was walking distance to the GWCC. We could walk to and from our tradeshow daily and saved money on Uber/Lyft/Taxi. Location was great, neighborhood was so-so, but the convenience was paramount. House was clean, had three bathrooms with showers and host was extremely responsive with our requests.

Family trip to Atlanta

This location and house was perfect for visiting all the things we had on our list. They also provided a lot of toiletries/kitchen items that made staying so easy. Would absolutely stay again.

Aquarium visitors

This vrbo was just as advertised
plenty of beds and 3 bathrooms and very nice amenities and kitchen. Overall was a fantastic place to stay. The only drawback was the narrow driveway with room for 1 suv
maybe 2 small cars but parking was very tight

Pleasantly Surprised

If I had seen the outside property and general area without seeing the pictures, definitely would not have booked. Driveway was definitely a squeeze for 2 vehicles and on a decline was nerve wrecking. BUT, pleasantly surprised the inside was just as picured. Enjoyed the stay. No broom, did not find the iron, and a wasp nest near the front door.
