Community Pool Rules

- Pool access is for residents and registered guests only. Maximum of 4 guests per household.
- Do not let anyone into the pool area if they ask you to open the gate. Everyone must use their own access card.
- Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18+ years old) at all times.
- Children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper with a waterproof cover.
- No glass containers are allowed inside the pool area.
- Please walk—no running, rough play, bicycles, or skateboards inside the pool enclosure.
- Please keep noise levels low and avoid playing loud music out of respect for other residents.
- No smoking, alcohol, or drugs are permitted in the pool area.
- For everyone's health and safety, do not use the pool if you are sick, including if you have diarrhea, nausea, contagious skin, eye, ear, or respiratory infections, or open wounds.
- Please help keep the pool clean by not spitting or blowing your nose in the water.
