Located in Central Houston. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It is a gated community with a security guard on duty during the day. Near major highways (288/610) 5 mins away from NRG by car

Most importantly, there is a lot of privacy within the condo. Each bedroom/bathroom is on the opposite sides of the condo separated by a door and lock.

We monitor incoming traffic with an external security camera. No additional guests or parties are allowed unless previously discussed prior to check-in.

Failure to inform the hosts of additional guests, you will be charged an additional $200.00 fee and/or be asked to leave the property immediately. We are very strict about this!!!

The property manager communicates easily with guests. Property is within walking distance to the NRG stadium. Unit is clean, quiet, and well stocked. Have stayed here a couples of times and will book again if we are back in Houston.

Great Apartment

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was clean, and beds were comfortable. The area was fairly quiet and we felt safe. The host was easy to commuincate with and answered any questions we had promptly. Would stay here again!here again if in Houston area!

Great location to Stadium

It was so close to event. Easy to get to and safe with gated entry. Very clean and nice updates. Beds were comfy.

Property manager was great, answered all my questions, and was very responsive. It's a nice two bedroom in a quiet area. Not much (food, grocery, restaurants) nearby and definitely better to stay here if you have a car versus taking ride share everywhere. I would stay here again.

Great Location -Safe Area -Gated

We were here for surgery at MDAnderson. This location was perfect for getting to the hospital in 10 minutes. The condo was clean and comfortable. Parking was close to the condo in a well lit parking area. Or host was easy to reach and checked on us via text during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here.

HLSR

This is our 4th visit to the HLSR to show livestock. This property is secure and very convenient. The City roads need serious work, but that is nothing the owner can control. We enjoyed out stay and plan to rent again next year.

Not for MD Anderson Patients

The complex and neighbors are very disruptive, loud and have no respect for anyone else. This is not a peaceful place to stay if you or a loved one need somewhere to recover while enduring cancer treatment at MDA.

Thank you for your review. You previously booked this property last year for a family member and didn’t express any concerns or complaints. In fact, you left a review stating, “Great place. MD Anderson appointments

The location is close to Texas Medical Center. Gated community felt very safe. The tv’s are big. The apartment was very clean. The sidewalks into the apartment are pretty cracked and uneven so if you need a walker or anything like that it may be a problem. The ice maker kind of worked. It leaked into ice container and made big block of ice. The bed in master was very comfortable unfortunately I slept on twin bed in second bedroom and it was very hard. I liked the idea of jacuzzi at the pool area but it didn’t work. Other than that it was okay

All beds have the same mattress, so I am surprised to read about your experience. Also, there are 3 jacuzzis on site, I am sorry that one of them was not working at the time.
