The Villa Anemon lays on 3 floors.
The first floor comprises an open plan kitchen equipped with all appliances and a living room where 2 dbl seater sofas can be converted to 2 dbl sofa beds, coffee table, TV, wi-fi, air-condition and a cloak room w/shower.

The living room and the kitchen both open to a vast terrace and private swimming pool, with pool shower, comfy sun beds and umbrella, 2 marble topped tables and 8 armchairs, a rear garden with various fruit trees and flowers and a BBQ. 

On the 3rd floor, there are 2 air-contioned bedrooms, one with a dble bed and the other with 2 single beds, 2-door wardrobes, chests and bed side drawers, both bedrooms w/ensuite bathrooms and a shared balcony where you can enjoy the wonderful sea and Kalkan views either from the balcony or even from your bed.

The ground floor has a private studio with an  independent entrance. It has a double bed, open plan kitchen with cooker, fridge and oven, dining table for two and a bathroom with walk in shower, TV, both oscillating and ceiling fans.

The maintenance of the property and the swimming pool is held with extra health and hygienic care. The house features magnificient sea and Kalkan views as well as classy amenities, i.e. it is 100 m away from the Kışla ferry taxi pier and only a few steps from the famous Kalkan Beach Park. İt is 7 km to the Kalkan Centre, in short driving distances from the famous archeological sites, only 23 km to Patara Beach with white pure fine sand and 27 km to Kaş, one of the most beautiful peninsula in Mediterranean sea.

The price for the upper 2 floors is 1350 £ p.w. (1600 US$ p.q.); the price for the studio is 400 £ p.w. (480 US$ p.w.). However if rented together, it is 1700 £ p.w. ( 2000 US$ p.w.).
