The space
This is the perfect stay for visiting families. Located literally steps away from the north entrance, you can walk to campus and the arena for sporting events.

The home is furnished with one queen-size bed, 2 twin-size beds, and 2 trundle beds. The large "cloud" sectional can sleep two futon style.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all you need to cook you and your student a home cooked meal. We’ve made sure to include a mixer and cake pans, just in case you’re visiting for a birthday or special occasion.

If grilling is more your style, the large back patio is equipped with a Webber grill and all the grilling tools you’ll need.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and more.

Other things to note
Please note the strict no smoking policy. This is important as we personally use the home and have severe allergies.

The City of Phoenix has implemented quite hours for short term rentals and take them seriously. Quite hours are from 10pm - 8am. This is helping to improve the area and we are appreciative of the new rules! Let's do our part to be good neighbors.
