The stay was wonderful! The house was very clean and neat and well maintained. We felt safe and secure and there were such thoughtful gifts left for us with an array of snacks left in a basket and bottled water too. And Maritza was fantastic to work with! She was very responsive and worked with us with any and all questions. She was so helpful with our last minute booking and truly cares about people. She went above and beyond to help us out when we were misplaced because my sister’s home had experienced a flood back in July and construction was delayed and still being done over the holidays when my husband and I visited Phoenix to be with family. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Maritza from the bottom of our hearts!

This was perfect for our quick visit to Phoenix! We loved being welcomed with snacks and water...what a thoughtful touch! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Highly recommended.

Maritza was very responsive and the house was great! We were there for a game a State Farm stadium, and we couldn't have had a better location - just the right distance away from stadium traffic. The home was new and cozy - and there were snacks and water upon arrival! I will certainly stay here again when we're in town. Not to mention, the home is at the end of a cul-de-sac and near a dog park so was nice and quiet and fun to watch the dogs.

Soccer Dad's

We were in the Glendale area for a soccer showcase for our daughters. We needed a house to stay at that was close to the team hotel for a reasonable rate. We have made this trip several times and rented other houses. This one was perfect for our needs and was much cleaner than others. They even had cold water in the refrigerator and snacks on the counter. Perfect house, especially if you are wanting to be close to the Arizona Cardinals stadium. We will look to book this house again when we come back in the fall.

Home away from home!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home is in a very safe, gated neighborhood, which gave us peace of mind throughout our visit. Maritza provided excellent communication and clear instructions, making check-in and our overall stay seamless. The house itself is lovely—beautifully decorated and full of thoughtful touches, like a snack basket and bottled water, which made us feel right at home. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!!

Good location close to several event areas.

Newer property with many walking trails in area. 10 minute drive to Camelback Stadium, State Farm arena, and several supermarkets. Aalso many eateries were a 5 minute drive. Minor freeway noise.
