Beautiful views over the harbour in Marsh Harbour, with central location yet secluded. Private beach and dock, firepit and outdoor BBQ. The house itself has old Spanish style charm, with vaulted ceilings, woodburning fireplace, rounded high doors and wood ceilings. The antique furniture are mixed with new comfortable beds (memory foam mattresses) and decor.

Located at the end of the street in a gated little subdivision/cluster of homes (that are still being rebuilt after the hurricane), hence very quiet and safe. The international airport (and private) in Marsh Harbour is only about a 10-minute car ride from the property and "Downtown" Marsh Harbour with several restaurants and bars on the harbour strip only a few minutes away.

Enjoy the peaceful setting of lush landscaping, beautiful stone pathways and beautiful views of the water. Sit by the firepit at night with views of harbour in the background. Comfortable outdoor seating and dining. The private beach offers lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and SUP (paddle boards). There is also outdoor table tennis as well as a few boardgames for your enjoyment.

The outdoor BBQ and "Captain Jack's Bar II" hosts the whole company while you cook your meals on the propane grill.

There is dockage for a larger boat connected to the property. No shore power included.

4 bedrooms all with King Size Beds, and 3 bathrooms in total. 2 of the bedroom are interconnected and share 1 bathroom. Smart TVs in the bedrooms and Basic Cable TV in livingroom, and WI-FI throughout the house. Well equipped kitchen.
