Welcome to your home away from home! Includes Arcade PvP Bar unlimited arcade passes. This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is nestled right in the heart of beautiful downtown Dells. Stay in and enjoy your rooftop deck, well stocked kitchen, free wifi and roku tvs with cable. If you'd rather venture out you'll find nearly everything you need from food to shopping to nightlife within walking distance. Only a 5 min walk to Just a game sports complex and only a 5 min drive to Woodside sports complex if your in town for a sporting event. A Arcade Bar is located directly below this condo. We do not expect much issue with noise but want to be up front about it. That being said the nice thing is there are no other condos in this building or next to it. So you can be as loud as you want as a guest.

Very large & private.Absolutely fantastic location.Everything that we wanted.It was perfect for our group with a bunch of young adults.Something was stuck in the tub drain & Nick had that fixed right away.

Excellent Location and Owner

The owner was super helpful and responsive when I asked any questions. The location is excellent and walking distance for bars, stores, and just about all of downtown Wisconsin Dells. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great location

Our family met up with another family for a short getaway and this location was perfect. The teens had plenty to do within walking distance and so did the adults! The place has plenty of space and is very well maintained. The owner was super responsive and the passes included in the stay definitely went to good use!

Best Girls’ Weekend Retreat!

This is our second year in Nick’s place and we loved it! From morning coffee to afternoon cocktails, the rooftop deck is the best! The location can’t be beat - close to shopping and night life. My favorite weekend of the year! đŸ»

Great location just steps away from downtown. We loved being steps away from all the action. The layout of the condo was nice and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We had a great time and commutation with the owner was a plus.

Fun Weekend With My Girls

This property was an amazing location within walking distance to downtown Wisconsin Dells. A perfect spot for a family gathering or a fun bachelorette/bachelor weekend! The host was so thoughtful and set us up with Mount Olympus tickets as well as wristbands for free games as the arcade bar below. My group instantly asked for the listing to book again.

Best in the Dells!

My friends and I have been meeting in the Dells for many, many years and have stayed almost everywhere. This was our favorite by far! Clean and comfortable and the location can't be beat! Plus... the rooftop patio! We spent a lot of time reminiscing out there. :) One small maintenance issue during our stay (routine wear and tear) and Nick responded immediately and got it fixed. Will definitely stay again!

Location, Location, Location

We had such a great stay recently celebrating our brother. Nick was a great host and everything was exactly as listed. The living space is large with plenty of room for 10 adults to spread out. We took advantage of the arcade downstairs and Asgarde Axe Throwing as well; and had amazing experiences with both. Everything is so close so you don’t need to worry about driving to dinner or to the shops. Perfect place for a friends/ family weekend! I kept raving about it long after we left. :)

This is a great location and very large- enough for 9 adults to have fun for a weekend. Unfortunately, there was pounding music from the arcade bar below every day starting from 9 am until 2 am the next day. The arcade bar is quite fun, but I don't think I would stay here again since none of us could get any sleep. The property manager was quite responsive- if a bit curt. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you can get over the music or have poor hearing.

Great Long Weekend

Eight of us stayed here for my bachelorette party. It is such a great location and within walking distance to so many things. Mamas Garage and Showboat Saloon were a one minute walk and our hangout bars for the weekend and we loved them. The house was clean and we felt very safe in the location. Lots of stairs to get into the home and out so keep that in mind. It wasn't an issue for our group but definitely could be a deal breaker for others. We will absolutely be back to stay for some girls weekends in the future. I definitely recommend this home for others. The patio was a great hangout spot for us too. Thanks so much!

The condo was a nice 3 bedroom place to stay but I didn’t realize that there was only stairs to get in. Not good for handicap. My mother in law has a cane/ Walker. It was a long stairway to get in the Condo!

Dells 2023

The location was better than I expected. We all wanted to have a great time without having to drive anywhere and this place couldn’t have been better. We were a stones throw from bar, ax throwing, games, rides, restaurants, you name it. All the other guys thought the same thing. The host was great in everything, didn’t need his assistance for anything. It was a great rental, the only improvement would be just some bigger or updated cooking pans. Other than that I was great. Your not gonna find a better place smack dab a block from the Dells main drag than this.

Perfect Downtown location

This unit was steps away from the main strip downtown dells, perfect for walking to shops, bars and attractions. Inside was exactly as described, all bedrooms were spacious and the living room was large enough to accommodate 11 of us all at once. Plenty of room for everyone everywhere. The rooftop deck was amazing. There are only 7 useable chairs on the deck, luckly we did bring extra lawn chairs so it was ok for us. All 11 of us said we would definitely stay here again. The steps in the back seem to go on forever but there is also a front entrance with less stairs so it still works out great. You can hear the bars at night which was no big deal for us as we were also making noise late into the evening with our Bachelorette Party.
