DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION
• 50% deposit at booking; remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival
• Full refund if canceled 60+ days before arrival (see below for stays that are 14+ nights)
• $500 refundable security deposit charged 3 days prior to arrival and refunded within 3 days of checkout (pending inspection)

***For stays 14 nights or longer, we require 90 days’ notice for a free refund. Inside 90 days prior to arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

• Primary renter must be 30 years or older.

SMOKING & VAPING:
• No smoking or vaping of any substance inside or outside the cottage.

GUEST POLICIES:
• Maximum occupancy: 2 guests
• 1 parking space provided.
• Only Registered guests allowed on property.
• Guests must sign pool waiver to use the shared pool.

PETS
• Pet-friendly for two dogs up to 35 pounds. Pet fee is $100.00 per pet
• Larger pups possible for an additional fee
• All dogs must be pre-approved
• No dangerous breeds; pets must be up to date on vaccinations
• We kindly ask that you pick up behind your pet
• All pets are required to be on a leash or harness when on the grounds
• Pets are not permitted in the offsite pool area

CHECK-IN DETAILS:
• Check-in Time: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (offsite at our sister property, one block away)
• Any arrival after 10 PM must be approved prior to booking

BEFORE CHECK OUT:
Please complete the following before departing:
• Wash dishes
• Start the last load of towels
• Take out the garbage
• Leave the cottage clean and in good condition
• Check out time: 10:00 AM

ELECTRICAL & BATTERY SAFETY:
• No electric vehicles, e-bikes, or e-scooters may be charged at the property
• No lithium batteries (for e-bikes, skateboards, etc.) allowed inside the cottage — insurance restriction

GRILLS:
• There is no grill on-site
• Guests may bring a gas grill to use outdoors (no charcoal grills allowed)
• Recommendation: Contact Barney’s Beach Service — they rent propane grills and can deliver before arrival and collect after check-out
