House est un duplex avec deux unités de 3 chambres séparées. Louez un ou les deux !! Regardez la liste # 1084205 pour voir l'unité B et les disponibilités différentes !! Lorsque les spectacles du calendrier sont réservés, il se peut qu'il ne s'agisse que de l'une des unités, veuillez donc vérifier la disponibilité!

Vous pouvez voir l'océan de vos terrasses et chambres du dernier étage, puis partez à la plage, ou tout simplement nager dans la belle piscine chauffée dans votre arrière-cour et des cocktails sur la terrasse extérieure à partir dans l'après-midi! Un barbecue est prévu pour la piscine'S BBQ.

Nouvellement rénové et décoré avec un thème chalet confortable de plage par le propriétaire de l'artiste, vous pouvez recroqueviller sur le canapé avec un livre, regarder un film (certains ont fourni), faire un puzzle (certains ont fourni) ou marcher sur une rue à l'très populaire Une rue et ont un grand océan repas, boutique, ou regarder les surfeurs passent .. (Vous pouvez même le faire sur votre propre véranda).

Sur la promenade de mercredi au marché de l'agriculteur à l'embarcadère à quelques pâtés. Centre-ville, la plus ancienne ville des États-Unis a des visites guidées, de beaux restaurants, grands magasins et beaucoup, beaucoup à faire .....

Emmenez vos enfants à l'Alligator Farm, Ripley Believe It or Not, le Parc Splash, ou golf miniature, que quelques-uns des nombreux choix cette grande petite ville a à offrir .....

Sharon and her husband were so kind and responsive the whole time we were there. Great communication, lovely cottage, well maintained. So nice to have the pool as another option to the beach. Great location.

Fantastic property. The house had all the essentials. Beach access was 5 houses away and the pool was a great way to finish a day at the beach. We will definitely be coming back !

You can’t beat the location of this place! Very short walk to the beach… Very short walk to good restaurants…. And a quick easy drive over the bridge to downtown attractions. The layout of the home functioned really well for our family and although this is a duplex with a shared pool, the backyard area offered plenty of privacy. The property owners were also very kind and gracious. We will totally be back!

I love this place; both units of the duplex. It has been our favorite place to stay with our adult children and grandkids. The heated pool is an additional bonus along with the charming decorations and plenty of rooms for entire family. We appreciate that they welcome pets also. They are good with communications and respond quickly. We'd love to come back again.

Had a great stay at this beach house! House fit our needs, check-in was easy and communication was direct. Heated pool was a plus but the location to the beach and restaurants is tough to beat. Would absolutely stay again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful week in St. Augustine beach! The location of this rental can’t be beat…so close to the beach and only a short drive to all the history of st. Augustine. Having the heated pool was a big plus too, since a couple of the days were too chilly for the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My name is Sharon and I am 61 years old. I am a St. Augustine Beach resident (I live a mile from the property) and I used to rent properties here before I actually moved here. That was before the time of being able to see them online! I used to drive here all excited to see what kind of place we were going to get! That is why I want my place to be something that you absolutely LOVE when you arrive!
I love to go to the beach, read, paint and redecorate the beach house!!
I have a husband who lives and works in Miami as a general contractor and two sons who have just graduated college. One lives and works in Miami and one lives and works in Fort Myers. I can't believe I have children this old!!
I love my beach house and I love running this business. I love meeting all the guests and I have acquired many new friends this way!

Actually, I vacationed here in St. Augustine Beach for 23 years before I moved here. I would bring my children and stay with my dad who worked here for the months of April,May and June. When the kids were little, I stayed 6 weeks, as they got older and were in school we had to leave after their 2 week spring vacation. So when we finally owned a property here, I was so excited... I decorated it with a very bright and beachy decor, because I remembered coming here on vacation and being sooooo excited about what our place would look like--(those were the days before online viewing, you just got what you got over the phone) We have lived here now for 5 years and I love St. Augustine Beach as much as a full time resident as I did when I only got to be here a couple weeks a year....

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I love our property because it has been newly remodeled, so it is fresh, clean and bright and beachy. I love being able to see the ocean and walk right over the dune to spend the day at the beach. Or to just stay home and float with a good book in the pool....I love our street, because it is quiet and I get to watch the surfers go by on their way to the beach and because it is only one block off of A Street, the hub of activity in St. Augustine Beach. We can walk over to the oceanfront restaurants, or the surf shop and be a part of the happy atmosphere of vacationers....I also love to sit on my oceanview deck with a glass of wine and a book and watch the pelicans fly by, the sun set or the moon rise over the ocean.
