Quaint townhome nestled in the piney woods - Half mile from Cortez Golf Course
Looking for a quiet vacation spot? This is it! Come enjoy this quaint townhome nestled in the piney woods of this quiet little subdivision. Watch the beautiful native birds as you enjoy your coffee on the back porch. Go for a walk around the corner and view the beautiful Cortez golf course or cross the street and walk a glorious, wooded trail. When you are winding down from your busy day of activities and fun, stretch your feet out in one of the four comfortable recliners and watch a movie on the 75in smart TV. You will have access to the internet so you can catch up on social media. The large master suite has a comfy king size bed and flat screen TV and includes an en-suite. With the split bedroom layout and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms you and your guest can enjoy some quiet time alone or meet in the large dining area to visit, play cards, or just enjoy a nice meal together. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils and appliances you will need, including an outside grill so grab some steaks and enjoy a meal on the patio table or inside. You will be within five miles to restaurants and grocery stores. This is truly the perfect location with something for everyone. The Townhome is located 1/2 mile from Cortez Golf Course.
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!
Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.
The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.
