We always want our guests to feel comfortable, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. It looks like the person in charge of getting the VRBO ready had left the top sheet in the dryer. Again, we truly apologize. For future stays, we’ll make sure an additional top sheet is clearly placed and easy to find. The kitchenette is located in the covered lanai as noted in the listing, but I understand that cooler weather can make it less comfortable to use, and I’m sorry if that impacted your visit. Thank you again for sharing your experience — it genuinely helps us improve. Hi Fredrick Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing how you’re feeling. I am truly sorry that the layout of the studio wasn’t what you were expecting. This space is listed as a private studio with private entrance and I do try to show that clearly in the photos and description. I never want there to be any confusion, and I’m always happy to answer questions before check-in to make sure everything feels clear. I did also mention to you that there are no shared spaces and that it is completely private and that you would truly enjoy it. I believe that if you would have had the opportunity to stay there, you would have thought otherwise and would have enjoyed your stay. We do also apologize that I did not provide a refund due to you wanting to cancel at the same time of check-in therefore I did miss the opportunity of renting to someone else. You can clearly see that our previous reviews have been positive. Again we were willing to work with you to make your stay more comfortable but the chance was not given. For future reference I do recommend to ask questions before booking with any other property. Best Regards

I’m sorry to hear that it wasn’t as expected although the photos are exactly as it is and how every thing looks. The patio is a perfect space with privacy and it is separated from the rest of the patio to provide that privacy.

Anyone renting to Kaitlyn needs to ensure she understands the details of the rental. We clearly stated a private room with private entry in a shared house. She complained and made rude comments about noises being heard at 9:20pm. Renters beware!
