Any lease of this Lot must be for at least thirty (30) consecutive days. This is in order to maintain the neighborhood feel of the La Quinta Fairways community.

Outdoor living at its finest with gorgeous views from the resort-like backyard! Enjoy the mountain and sunset vista, with a pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor bbq, bar, built-in BlueTooth speakers, and lounge chairs. Inside, retreat to the well-appointed, non-smoking home with comfortable new furnishings, a large fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, Wifi, desks and printer, and smart TVs.

Great place in La Quinta

Great home, and outstanding outdoor area with pool and hot tub. Doug was very responsive. Will definitely stay there again!

Great vacation home in La Quinta!

We had a wonderful month at Doug's house in La Quinta Fairways. Well equipped and furnished, very clean, great backyard with pool, hot tub outdoor bbq, bar, sound system. Very accurate listing and Doug was a great host. We highly recommend his home!

Beautiful La Quinta Home

What you see in the photos of this beautiful La Quinta home is what you get -- spacious, well-decorated rooms, lots of sunshine, a great view of the mountains, and an expansive patio (not to mention, small balconies off the second-story bedrooms!). What you can't see in the photos that is also very good to know: The owner is helpful and responsive; the home (e.g., the kitchen) is well equipped for long-term stays; the furniture is comfortable; and the location is perfect for Old Town La Quinta (walkable!), The Cove hiking trails, and lots of golf courses. I thoroughly enjoyed my month-long stay, and would come back again!

Location, Location, Location!

First, Doug was the most responsive, timely host I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond! Second, the house is gorgeous with lots of natural light, great spaces and a fully stocked kitchen! And have I talked about the views? Incredible west facing mountain view’s and entertaining views of the Dunes 5th green. Lastly, the location is perfect between shopping and golf. I couldn’t have asked for more! It truly feels like home!

Absolutely Perfect

We travel quite a bit. And by far this was the best place we have stayed. Owners are great, the location is perfect to all things, the views and sunsets are magnificent!. La Quinta in general and the community of La Quinta Fairways is beautiful. and well manicured. You're 10 to 15 minutes to shopping, grocery's, golf ,restaurants. Old Town La Quinta is loaded with really nice bars and restaurants and maybe 3 minutes away. Our morning walks around the community were beautiful and scenic. We just can't say enough good things about this rental experience. You're going to love it.
