Vous ne trouverez pas de meilleur endroit pour profiter de quelques jours ou quelques semaines de journĂ©es chaudes dans le dĂ©sert et de nuits fraĂźches dans le dĂ©sert. Avec un grand espace de vie intĂ©rieur et extĂ©rieur, le condo a beaucoup d'espace pour une escapade romantique ou des vacances en famille. Une cuisine complĂšte, un salon, une table Ă  manger avec des siĂšges pour six personnes et une literie pour quatre personnes offrent tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rester confortable. La chambre dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et d'un grand espace de rangement. La salle de bain a une douche et une baignoire sĂ©parĂ©es, un rangement pour le linge et un miroir de courtoisie. Le salon / salle Ă  manger a un canapĂ©-lit avec un canapĂ©-lit queen et une table Ă  manger haut avec des siĂšges pour six. Le balcon privĂ© est la meilleure caractĂ©ristique de la propriĂ©tĂ©. Une causeuse et une chaise d'extĂ©rieur offrent un endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter des matins et des nuits du dĂ©sert. L'unitĂ© peut ĂȘtre combinĂ©e avec LV000 (Studio romantique Ă  l'Ă©tage) pour crĂ©er une unitĂ© de 2 chambres avec deux suites parentales (sous rĂ©serve de disponibilitĂ©).

Great location

It was a great location very close to the pool and easy access to the BBQ’s which was great for cooking dinner! We loved the place and will definitely be back soon!

Tourney Stay

We love this area when we attend Indian Wells tournament every year. It is so convenient to the tennis garden and really everything else. The villa was very clean and comfortable and always a beautiful area. The grounds are so well kept. I’m sure we will look to stay here next time we attend the tournament.

Second time

We came back to stay in this unit on purpose. Quiet upstairs location but still very near the main pool and fitness center. Also 2 nearby smaller pools. Well stocked with utensils and dishes. Would definitely come back!

A few things that could be improved.

We could have used more towels. There were no instructions on how to use the televisions. We had a great stay and love the condo! Thank you for sharing it with us! We will be back! Best, Cecile Jones

The bathroom towels were very nice and it had most of what we needed but only had two rolls of toilet paper which we ran out of. The carpet needed to be vacuumed, which I did after I had to unclog the vacuum full of pet hair. Had another full bag of pet hair after vacuuming. The mattress cover on the bed felt like plastic and made the bed feel very uncomfortable. The pool and gym areas were very nice. We loved our sty and will recommend this property to others.

The Sofa Bed was hard to make into a bed and would not stay in the “queen configuration”. Luckily I had small children who were sleeping on it so they payed crosswise. The outdoor light by the door was burnt out and made it impossible to see the combination on the door lock. The air conditioner either was rattling or the vent in the living room was rattling when the unit was on. Other than that it was lovely. Thanks.

Beautiful desert getaway!

Our first visit to La Quinta, and Legacy Villas was recommended by friends who stay there often. We loved the condo, beautiful grounds, and just enough space to travel with our 1 year old. Close to the main pool and one of the smaller pools, though the community is very small so you can walk to any of the pools in less than 5 minutes. Check in/out was easy and automated because of the property management. They were easy to contact through VRBO website and app. The unit was clean and stocked with cookware and coffee/coffee maker. Only con: unit was not kid-proofed at all. Front door doesn't have a deadbolt so kiddo could get out/down the stairs easily. Chemicals stored under kitchen sink that my child discovered and sprayed within the first 5 minutes of being there.

I would give zeroStars if I could!

Horrible experience! The most uncomfortable bed EVER! Light bulbs burnt out everywhere, the place was stocked horribly. We have stayed at Legacy Villas three times previously, and it has never been this bad! I will never book through California Vacation Villas again! It was absolutely awful, and when we called they did absolutely nothing.
