Vous cherchez à vous évader? Vous ne trouverez pas de meilleur endroit pour profiter de quelques jours ou quelques semaines de journées chaudes dans le désert et de nuits fraîches dans le désert. Avec un grand espace de vie intérieur et extérieur, le condo a beaucoup d'espace pour une escapade romantique ou des vacances en famille. Une cuisine complète, un salon, une table à manger avec des sièges pour six personnes et une literie pour quatre personnes offrent tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rester confortable. La chambre dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un grand espace de rangement. La salle de bain a une douche et une baignoire séparées, un rangement pour le linge et un miroir de courtoisie. Le salon / salle à manger a un canapé-lit avec un canapé-lit queen et une table à manger haut avec des sièges pour six. Le balcon privé est la meilleure caractéristique de la propriété. Une causeuse et une chaise d'extérieur offrent un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter des matins et des nuits du désert. L'unité peut être combinée avec LV000 (Studio romantique à l'étage) pour créer une unité de 2 chambres avec deux suites parentales (sous réserve de disponibilité).

La propriété est située à Legacy Villas à La Quinta. Profitez de 12 piscines et spas d'eau salée, d'un centre de remise en forme et d'un club-house communautaire et d'un barbecue et d'une sécurité fermée 24h / 24. Second time

We came back to stay in this unit on purpose. Quiet upstairs location but still very near the main pool and fitness center. Also 2 nearby smaller pools. Well stocked with utensils and dishes. Would definitely come back!

A few things that could be improved.

We could have used more towels. There were no instructions on how to use the televisions. We had a great stay and love the condo! Thank you for sharing it with us! We will be back! Best, Cecile Jones

If more towels were needed we do supply 4 of each, bath, hand,wash and pool towels, however if you needed more all you would have had to do was let us know and housekeeping would have brought more over. Hope you come again.

The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed. We loved going to the pool each day, and relaxing in the other times. The management was extremely professional. We were very happy to find a place that we can easily go to more often for some rest & relaxation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy with the unit and loved the balcony. The bathroom towels were very nice and it had most of what we needed but only had two rolls of toilet paper which we ran out of. The carpet needed to be vacuumed, which I did after I had to unclog the vacuum full of pet hair. Had another full bag of pet hair after vacuuming. The mattress cover on the bed felt like plastic and made the bed feel very uncomfortable. The pool and gym areas were very nice. We loved our sty and will recommend this property to others.

Thank you for staying with us and leaving this great review. We'll talk to the housekeeping and remind them to empty the vacuum cleaner more often. Most guests don't vacuum during their stay, and if there is a cleaning issue, they call us and we send the housekeeper to handle it. We need to have a mattress cover on the bed, and we did our best to choose a nice and comfortable one. We haven't received any other complaints about it so far, so most guests are fine with it. We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, one on the toilet paper holder and 2 extras. We don't re-stock this. If the guests run out, they may purchase more. Target and Walmart are a 5 minute drive, and Walgreens is even closer.

LV100

The Sofa Bed was hard to make into a bed and would not stay in the “queen configuration”. Luckily I had small children who were sleeping on it so they payed crosswise. The outdoor light by the door was burnt out and made it impossible to see the combination on the door lock. The air conditioner either was rattling or the vent in the living room was rattling when the unit was on. Other than that it was lovely. Thanks.

We have plans to update all our units but some of our owners aren't ready to make those changes yet after how tough the past two years have been on them. Beautiful desert getaway!

Our first visit to La Quinta, and Legacy Villas was recommended by friends who stay there often. We loved the condo, beautiful grounds, and just enough space to travel with our 1 year old. Close to the main pool and one of the smaller pools, though the community is very small so you can walk to any of the pools in less than 5 minutes. Check in/out was easy and automated because of the property management. They were easy to contact through VRBO website and app. The unit was clean and stocked with cookware and coffee/coffee maker. Only con: unit was not kid-proofed at all. Front door doesn't have a deadbolt so kiddo could get out/down the stairs easily. Chemicals stored under kitchen sink that my child discovered and sprayed within the first 5 minutes of being there.

Couple small upkeep issues when we arrived quickly solved. Great location, very well maintained grounds, nice to have kitchen for our week away. Love La Quinta.

I would give zeroStars if I could!

Horrible experience! The most uncomfortable bed EVER! Light bulbs burnt out everywhere, the place was stocked horribly. We have stayed at Legacy Villas three times previously, and it has never been this bad! I will never book through California Vacation Villas again! It was absolutely awful, and when we called they did absolutely nothing.
