La cabine du Grizzly Bear

Cabane de montagne unique en bordure de la forêt nationale de Beaverhead au Montana et de ses claims aurifères d'origine. La recherche d'or est un grand passe-temps dans la région.

À seulement 12 miles de la rivière Madison (un ruisseau de pêche Blue Ribbon) et de cinq lacs à proximité, cela en fait l'expérience de pêche et de randonnée ultime. Cette cabine ne ressemble à aucune autre que vous avez vue avec des vues spectaculaires sur les montagnes de la chaîne de revenus.

Nommé la cabine Grizzly Bear, c'est du Montana pur. Cette cabane, façonnée d'après une ancienne cabane de mineur, a une belle cheminée en pierre, une cuisine en bois de grange, des balustrades d'arbres uniques sur un escalier central, des planchers de bois franc, pour 6 personnes, le tout entouré d'une terrasse spacieuse à seulement 10 pieds de North Meadowcreek, près d'Ennis, Montana. Si vous avez des chevaux, apportez-les avec nous car nous avons des corrals sur la propriété.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, the house was amazing! It was very clean and had lots of towels, blankets, and pillows. The host was very polite and friendly! This is my dream cabin 100%. We enjoyed the hot tub as well, helped our aching backs n joints! Wish I could have stayed longer!Would rent again for sure!

Madison River Valley Vacation

We vacationed at Lost Bear Ranch recently and were very pleased with the stay, the property has amazing views of the Madison River Valley. The cabin is easy to get to and is very comfortable… a slice of heaven.

Perfect

I hate to brag on the cabin - it’s kind of like telling other parents about a great babysitter, you want to keep that a secret - but everything about the location, amenities and host is perfect. This was our second family vacation to Lost Bear and we will be back.

It was the best !

We had an amazing time! This cabin has every detail you can think of planned out :) Our family had an amazing time. The kids loved the pool table and jacuzzi. The location was perfect and the surrounding landscape is breathtaking!

This cabin sets back in the mountains with a spectacular view. The cabin itself was beautiful with no detail overlooked even down to the garbage cans. The hot tub was amazing and you could see tons of stars. The host was awesome in giving us some details and suggestion on area things to do and places to see. They even called to check on us and see if there was anything we needed. I really cant say enough about this place. It truely is amazing and im so glad we had the opportunity to stay here. Would definitely return.

Stunning location and high quality cabin. Easy drive to fishing lakes, this cabin lacks nothing. Fantastic hot tub under the stars. Great attention to detail and excellent kitchen furnishings. Very quiet location. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. You won't regret booking this location.

A Little Piece of Heaven

This house is even better than the pictures! Absolutely beautiful! The cabin itself is immaculate, hot tub is huge, and the property and views are priceless! We got to see a deer with a fawn right in the yard every day. Wonderful experience, we're hoping to stay here again soon!

July 2022 vacation

The photos of the property were very accurate and my family was very happy with our stay. The home is extremely well maintained, the property is very private, and there is plenty of space for family to stretch out. The location is ideal for fly fishing, visiting ghost towns, accessing National Forests. Everyone in our party would be happy to spend another stay at this beautiful home. Lastly, the owners are very friendly and responsive.

My Next Home

This property was exactly as described. It is beautiful and I want to live there. The inside of this cabin is a perfect size for a family to stay. The interior is so warm and cozy. The view from every window is great! The outside is very quiet and secluded. This is exactly the type of invironment I want to live in. The stress just melts away!

Location location

The house is set in a peaceful and quiet place. It has two creeks surrounding the property with a few of the mountain range. House is perfect! Every amenity one would need. The host where friendly and communicated with us throughout the process. Resident deer that visit in the mornings along with other wildlife makes for a tranquil setting.

Sprinkling of Yellowstone & world class fly fishing

Too 3 rental for us over the past 15+ years of multiple vacation rentals. The property pics don’t show how great the views are. Also a Pro photographer might show better how nice this cabin is. We loved it. So well equipped too. Great spaces to relax inside and out. You can see my beloved Madison River off in the distance and great Mountain View’s.

Didn’t stay. Despite booking this home for a week-long family vacation, receiving a “last minute discount” and receiving a confirmation from the owners with the correct dates, we (our family of 5dog) received a frantic call from the owner on the day of our expected arrival (when we were already 3 states from home & driving to this home) that they had double-booked us, were canceling our reservation and refunding our money! We were left high and dry to find an alternative. Not ok. Owners offered some free nights in a year but that’s of no assistance. Unacceptable. Extremely disappointed.

We were so sorry even though it was not our fault. Vrbo allowed for a double booking which I agree is unacceptable. The prior reservation has been booked since March 13th. Hopefully they have fixed that glitch because that is not fair to either party.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in McAllister! The location is absolutely stunning. It is nestled in the mountains with expansive views and a beautiful river just steps away. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were excellent as well...easy check-in and great communication with suggestions and extra details. It truly felt like a home away from home. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee while taking in the scenery or unwinding after a day of exploring Ennis, it was the perfect getaway.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Montana retreat!

Spectacular views that overlook Ennis valley and the mountains of Big Sky

I have already recommended this house to 5 of my friends. No really! The house had everything a vacation stay could offer. We enjoyed being in the middle of nature with the accommodations of a complete home. The furnishings are incredible art pieces of wood, which we admired, and they fit the house so well. The road up the house was too steep for me to ride my bike, but my husband liked the endurance challenge. While we waited to see wildlife, our dogs had a blast making sure no strange scent went unnoticed. The hot tub was a plus. We’ll be back!

Amazing ranch experience!

The Lost Bear Ranch was exactly what we see looking for! We came to Ennis/McAllister for a wedding and wanted an authentic ranch experience and the lost bear ranch was perfect! The house was clean and organized. Check in and out was very simple. The owner Patty checked in a few times but unfortunately cell service is limited/we were at a wedding event when she called, so I never spoke to her directly but it was a non issue! Would love to come back and stay again! Listening to the river rush in the hot tub at night star gazing was heavenly!

A wonderful Montana experience

Top notch all the way! This lovely log cabin, nestled next to the Revenue rock formations in Mcallister could not hand been better. From the beautiful vistas, the relaxing North Meadow Creek and the expansive, star-filled night sky (Milky Way included) , to the kind and attentive host, our trip was flawless. Thank you for creating the perfect getaway.

Perfect Place

Could not have picked a better location. The hosts were great, the cabin was perfect for my wife, 4 kids and myself, the location was wonderful for wildlife and getting off the beaten path. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Beautiful home

What gorgeous views from this home. Home was awesome in its own right. Owners were great to work with and awesome in giving details of what’s around and what you can do in different cities. We all had a great time in a scenically beautiful state.
