Welcome to our convenient and centrally-located condo right in the heart of all the action Baton Rouge has to offer. LSU, casinos, sports complexes, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and much more all located in close proximity to this gem!

This is an upstairs unit and requires going up an interior set of stairs to access the living area. Our bedrooms are designed to provide you with a comfortable and convenient stay. Each bedroom comes with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, a sound machine to help you unwind, and cordless cell phone chargers to keep your devices fully charged. We've also provided Nectar king mattresses and coop pillows to ensure you have a restful night's sleep. With all these amenities, you'll feel right at home in our cozy and inviting bedrooms.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals during your stay. Whether you prefer cooking a full meal or just need a quick snack, you'll find all the necessary appliances and utensils at your disposal. We've provided both a traditional coffee pot and a Keurig machine, so you can enjoy your favorite brew just the way you like it. With our fully stocked kitchen, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home. Traveling for work or business? Our stay was flawless. The host, Blake, checked in after we arrived to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Very few VRBO's would put in that kind of effort to make sure you were happy. The kitchen was supplied with any and everything you could need to make a meal. The was a coffee maker with pods provided and even sugar to sweeten it up. Laundry was next to the kitchen with pods provided. Bathrooms were supplied with starter shampoo and soap, in case you forgot. Plenty of towels and great water pressure.I was hesitant pulling the car up to a metal gated area, because we've never been to Baton Rouge. After spending time in the area, there is zero concerns about the area. Even met some of the neighbors, who were super friendly. It wasn't an issue for us, but could see it being an issue for some based on age and health. You have to walk up 25-30 steps on stairs to get to the main floor. If you know that going in, then there is zero to complain about. We had one of the baseball families stop over for a quick bite to eat and cool off and they mentioned that they really wished they had went with something like this vs a hotel because they were on top of each other for a week. They wished they could spread out for virtually the same cost as their hotel room.

Short Getaway with a Pool

This condo was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the sun at the pool. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves on the Fourth of July. We enjoyed cooking all of meals in kitchen. Overall it was a great weekend.

Gates and stairs

The place was very good. Blake was very accommodating. It is a gated area and it did take a few times to figure out the code to unlock. The only thing truly difficult about the property was as soon as you get inside the door 18 stairs are there to greet you. Getting luggage up and down was a chore. I would stay again however If I were much older the stairs would be a BIG NO.

Great experience!

We came in to stay for a baseball series. The rental is an easy drive to campus and all the good restaurants. Very safe part of town and loved that it was gated. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back for a game!

Beautiful place. Prepare yourself for the stairs. My mom disabled so she was upset about the walking into the stairs to get into the living area but overall great place and very clean and comfortable

Absolutely Perfect!

Every king bed was tempur pedic and incredible comfortable. The complex was gated. We booked this place last minute and couldn’t have been happier and will be back for sure! Check in process was easy and so was checkout process and it’s literally 7 minutes from Tiger Stadium!

Nice, short stay for LSU game

Property exactly as pictured. When entering the property, you must go up one flight of stairs to get to the main level. Similar to when entering a split level home. Once on the main level it is exactly as pictured. Beds were very comfy & the condo was clean. Very quiet complex & no issues with parking. A very short drive to restaurants. Blake was also very responsive to messages. I would stay here again!

Lakes Edge Condo

Perfect place to use as a landing spot for the LSU home opener! Place was just as it was advertised on VRBO—near campus, close to restaurants/grocery stores, 3 large spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that were all clean, including a large kitchen and living area. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and slept comfortably in this condo; thanks Blake!

Host provides Water and Kurig Coffee & Tea singles, as a perk, that gets you by a 4-5 day stay. Host was also very responsive to help in adjusting HVAC set at 74’, that was warmer than ideal for us northerners the 1st night upon check-in. Of course the Louisiana and Texas Region was under a “Force Major” (Act of God) record breaking Excessive Heat dome. No HVAC system can overcome such unusual conditions while running constantly for 1-2 months. System did respond quickly to bring unit to a comfortable 72’. Our 3 night stay was fabulous whilst dropping off our newest LSU Freshman.

Perfect for a family of 5.

The property was clean, spacious, and lovely modern decor just like the photos. Checkin was seamless and easy, there were plenty of towels in both bathrooms. The fully stocked Keurig coffee station was a great plus for us. Blake was a dream host in that he communicated immediately and was very nice to my family’s unforeseen special needs. The property was minutes from LSU and all of our activities for the weekend. We will stay here again anytime we need accommodations in Baton Rouge.

Cosy apartment in great location

Found this apartment close to Christmas eve, was a very cosy place to celebrate in the area with the family. Close to Rouses and shopping areas in Baton Rouge. The owner was great at communicating and very flexible.

An Amazing Stay!

I was so very pleased with my stay at Blake's property. My family and I felt so warm, and so at home! I appreciated that Blake reached out to check on our stay and made himself very available to us! The property was absolutely beautiful and I would stay here again and again! The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were extremely comfortable, check in was seamless, and the furnishings and décor were breathtaking! I rate this place a 10 out of 10!
