Modern HOUSE Near LSU Lakes & Campus 3BR/2BA - Sleeps 8 people!

Updated House, Sleeps 8! This newly renovated luxurious home is guaranteed to not only meet, but exceed your expectations! It is located in the heart of Baton Rouge and is walking distance to LSU. It has an open and spacious floor plan and boasts updated appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. It also includes a washer, dryer, air conditioning and heat. It is fully furnished with linens, cookware, housewares, etc.

The space
3 Bed 2 bath home. Sleeps 8. Master bedroom with king bed and 1 bath are on the first floor and 2 queen beds and 1 bath are on the second floor. Kitchen is fully updated and opens into the dining room. There is a separate living room with a queen size pull out couch with sheets & pillows provided.

The main AC was completely replaced, so your stay will be very comfortable!

Keypad available for self check-in after 4 p.m.
Checkout at 10 a.m.

Great place for family fun!

This property was very comfortable and had everything we needed for holiday fun. The host was very attentive and we felt very welcome. The location is great for being close to the LSU Lakes and great restaurants. We highly recommend this property!

Great location- perfect for our stay!

This property was perfect for our stay as we travelled (2 adults, 3 teen boys) for a soccer tournament. The location was great- safe area as well as close to great food options (LSU alum here and Parrains has always been a fav!) and routes we needed to use. It was clean and spacious enough for our group to rest, cook meals, and enjoy. Washer/dryer on site was a huge plus with daily soccer games in the 100 degree temps. The property host was very communicative and helpful- even attempting to help us find housing for friends traveling for the same tournament who arrived to a disastrous hotel situation! We will definitely recommend and return when in the area again. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely cottage

Very comfortable house not far from The Overpass. Note: 2 of the sleeping spots are a sofa bad in the living room. Very good value for the money.

Nice retreat

We spent a week in well located house. Very clean, spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and bear all the good restaurants. LSU is just skip away. The owner is friendly. The house is up to date. We will definitely return to stay here while Visiting our daughter

Great stay!

Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do - LSU campus, restaurants, shopping, etc. House was nice/newly renovated, spotless and comfortable. All said, a solid rental and highly recommended. Owners are great, as well!
