Very Clean , neat, well organized, coffee was provided, everything needed for cooking and cleaning supplies, very quiet neighborhood, secluded, gas and charcoal grill available, tv and Wfi , excellent customer service we will be booking again , 1 mile from the nearest boat dock and room to park a huge boat !

Great for anglers coming in for tournaments at Kentucky Dam or Moors. Carport with power provided to park your bass boat under. Quiet and safe setting. You can even feed the fish in the small pond. Hosts friendly and accommodating.

Nice and quiet

This was a great place for a weekend getaway. It's close to many places and Kentucky Lake. It's a good open space with a nice kitchen. The owners were accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Close to the things we wanted to enjoy. Only recommendation for the hosts would be to add a couple of cooking pots and bowls deep enough for a bowl of cereal.

Very private setting. Small pond that you could feed fish at. Owners, Steve and Sarah, very helpful about places to visit and directions. Very restful retreat.

38th Anniversary

Everything was as said it would be, owners were nice and courteous, the apartment was well stocked, and clean.would like to go back and stay longer than a weekend, quit and very relaxing We really needed it.

Secluded getaway

Steve and Sarah were amazing host. The property is perfectly secluded, and I felt very comfortable with my boat being uncovered while twhile I was down for a few days to fish the lake. If you’re a boat or looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend them.

Fishing

An outstanding experience. I couldn't have stayed at a better place....definitely going back. Very quiet and secure property. Easy to find and a short distance from boat ramps, groceries, and dining. The hosts were absolutely amazing...very helpful and friendly. I'm looking for to my next visit!

This is the second time I stayed with Steve and Sarah. They are remarkable hosts always available if you need something. Location is close to the ramps and perfect for fisherman. The covered carport, easy access and power cord for charging batteries. Make it a dream for someone coming down to fish Kentucky Lake. I’m already looking forward to next year and returning for a third time.Thanks again

Comfortable getaway

My daughter and I needed a place to stay while visiting family in the area. The property was a peaceful escape and provided all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the selection of tea and coffee. Access to the lake is a short drive, including a resort which has water sports rentals and a restaurant. We hope to return soon!

Peaceful

The rental was very nice. Everything was clean and neat. So many thoughtful extras ready to use if you need it. The property is lovely with trees and flowers, serenity at it's best. The property managers are just wonderful and we enjoyed our time.
