Quiet Loft Apartment 1 Mile from Kentucky Lake. A great fisherman's retreat.

Cozy 750 sq foot one bedroom loft apartment above our attached garage. Guests have a covered parking spot near the foot of your stairs, with ample area for boat parking and a large circle drive. We are 1 mile from the nearest public boat ramp, 1.5 miles from the beautiful Moors Resort, 20 minutes from Grand Rivers and only 37 miles from the Quilt Museum in Paducah. We are close to restaurants and stores without being in the thick of the congested areas.

Private access with your controls for A/C and heat, along with a full kitchen and a relaxing living room. Enjoy fire pits when the weather allows and you have use of a charcoal grill. Relax in our 2 1/2 wooded acres - feed the fish in our pond and watch the deer from your deck. No worries about any power outages as our whole house generator will keep you comfortable in any weather.

Please realize that the stairway to the apartment is not suitable for small children or those with mobility problems. We ask that you do not smoke or vape inside the apartment and we regret but there are no pets allowed.

Very Clean , neat, well organized, coffee was provided, everything needed for cooking and cleaning supplies, very quiet neighborhood, secluded, gas and charcoal grill available, tv and Wfi , excellent customer service we will be booking again , 1 mile from the nearest boat dock and room to park a huge boat !

Great stay. Close to the things we wanted to enjoy. Only recommendation for the hosts would be to add a couple of cooking pots and bowls deep enough for a bowl of cereal.

This was a great place for a weekend getaway. It's close to many places and Kentucky Lake. It's a good open space with a nice kitchen. The owners were accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Secluded getaway

Steve and Sarah were amazing host. The property is perfectly secluded, and I felt very comfortable with my boat being uncovered while twhile I was down for a few days to fish the lake. If you’re a boat or looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend them.

38th Anniversary

Everything was as said it would be, owners were nice and courteous, the apartment was well stocked, and clean.would like to go back and stay longer than a weekend, quit and very relaxing We really needed it.

Comfortable getaway

My daughter and I needed a place to stay while visiting family in the area. The property was a peaceful escape and provided all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the selection of tea and coffee. Access to the lake is a short drive, including a resort which has water sports rentals and a restaurant. We hope to return soon!

An outstanding experience. I couldn't have stayed at a better place....definitely going back. Very quiet and secure property. Easy to find and a short distance from boat ramps, groceries, and dining. The hosts were absolutely amazing...very helpful and friendly. I'm looking for to my next visit!

The rental was very nice. Everything was clean and neat. So many thoughtful extras ready to use if you need it. The property is lovely with trees and flowers, serenity at it's best. The property managers are just wonderful and we enjoyed our time.

Perfect

Communication was fantastic with the property owners. Steve was very helpful when we arrived after dark and was very accommodating with putting out a little extra light to make sure we were in the correct area. The property was the perfect size for my husband and I to come back to after the all-day fun on the lake. The landscaping around their property was amazing, neat, clean and very welcoming. We will definitely be returning next year.
