Excellent location for all things Disney. Property as described, well furnished and good amount of space. Resort facilities very good with decent prices for beers, coffees and snacks around pool. Huge Wallmart within a few mins drive for essentials up the road. Never a problem to park close to property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Martin was a great host. The apartment was clean and the location was perfect for our family, a quick walk to the pool area, which was awesome especially for our little one. Restaurants, shopping, and Disney world nearby. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

We loved the condo. My daughter had a cheer competition and it was perfect location to ESPN World of Sports without having to stay on Disney property! My husband and 2 other kids joined this year, and we loved the location to the pool. My other 2 spent every chance they had to go in the pool! This is our 3rd year staying at Windsor Hills!! Martin was super fast at responding! 100% would stay here again!! Oh and my husband loved watching the Hurricanes hockey game on the 75 inch tv!! I’m just waiting until one that wide appears at my house soon!

Great location for Disney properties and so many fun activities on site! Pool is amazing and there is a game room! Leave time to enjoy! Very skimpy on supplies though - no paper towels, no extra pillow cases, only one role of toilet paper per bathroom, no garbage bags to replace when taking out the garbage as requested, not even coffee for the first morning and no body soap provided. Not used to this with a VRBO! Recommend charging slightly more and supplying a few comforts for your guests. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

The host was very responsive and did everything he could to make sure our stay was as to be expected. Everyone was friendly. We enjoyed utilizing the in-unit laundry. This was much better than cramming my family in a hotel room.

My family had a wonderful time at this condo. It was everything as described in the photos. Well-decorated, fun being up on the fourth floor, well-equipped and the mattresses were so comfortable. I loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning enjoying a cup of tea. The community felt very safe. The water park looked like a lot of fun! My only issue was the pool. It’s a really nice one with a great concession stand and market. Unfortunately, we had to be there Easter week, so the pool was very crowded. But my grandkids didn’t seem to mind :) Next time, we’ll come when it’s quieter. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. Oh, and the PacMan game was a real hit!

The location is very convenient and the property was in good condition! The host was upfront on the amenities provided which were fairly limited. Specifically there is limited soap, no shampoo or conditioner, and no basic kitchen condiments (oil, salt, etc). However there were plenty of kitchen tools to cook with. There is a Walmart nearby to get supplies if needed, which may be a good idea for a family prior to staying.

Martin's condo was my favorite of all the places that we have stayed at Windsor Hills. It was immaculate and has a very light and airy feeling. The furniture including the beds is all very comfortable. If you are cooking the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. I loved the ice maker.The balcony overlooks the lake. It was so peaceful and relaxing being outside enjoying the sunshine. The sunsets are spectacular.The host Martin is very friendly and very responsive to any questions. He promptly answered all my emails. It is obvious that he truly cares about the comfort of his guests.

Best for those that need a break from the parks

We loved our stay! Had several days of activities booked at the parks. Loved being close enough to pop over to parks quickly, and really appreciated the space and amenities of the resort. Full kitchen, laundry and plenty of space for the family to relax was a wonderful retreat. Excellent location in relation to the pool, was able to just walk over!

Close to Disney parks

We were only there for 2 days but we would definitely stay there again. Great location, only about 10 minutes from Disney.
