Luxurious modern 4-bedroom home w/ pool & hot tub

This luxurious, modern 4-bedroom home (2,660 sqft) offers the best in style and comfort. Private heated pool & jacuzzi in back yard. 3 king beds, 1 twin-sized futon, 3 full bathrooms. Full-sized formal dining room, separate laundry room with washer/dryer. Full kitchen with Bosch appliances. Grand piano in living room. DirecTV in master bedroom and living room. Wifi throughout. Full outdoor furniture set on patio as well as build-in barbecue grill. $95/day to heat pool/jacuzzi (opt). NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere on the property indoor or out. This includes cigarettes, tobacco, and marijuana. This is my primary residence, so some of my personal belongings will be present. Early check-in is only available if the house is not booked for the previous night. There is also a fee of $150 for early check-in. Permit info: STR-2024-004094

Great Home for gatherings!

I had a birthday party at this home and it was a hit with all of my guests! Heated pool, comfortable rooms, bathrooms in or near all of the bedrooms, a grand piano (which was tuned beautifully) and plenty of space on beautiful grounds. I highly recommend.

Beautiful home, horrible accomodations

I'll start by saying that this home is beautiful, but had so many things wrong with our stay. The first was checking in. My sole purpose for renting this property was because I negotiated an early check-in at 11 AM, at the cost of $150. Three days before checking in the owner reached out letting me know that he had booked the home the night before and that I could either get my refund or check-in while the cleaning lady was there. I needed that early check-in so decided to work around the cleaning lady. We arrived at 12:30 PM and the previous people hadn't even left yet, so the cleaning lady hadn't even started yet. It was a loss of that $150. Secondly, the day of my check-in the owner reached out asking if I wanted the pool/Jacuzzi heated and that it would be an additional $95 (which apparently was in the details of the home that I overlooked). I agreed to pay this. However, upon checking in it was discovered that the pool and jacuzzi were disgusting and hadn't been cleaned. No one wanted to get in the pool nor use the jacuzzi during our stay because of the condition it was in. To accompany this, the patio furniture was also disgusting with stains and burn holes. Another reason for staying here was to use the pool and jacuzzi. But yet another loss of money. And it just gets worse from there. The owner left all his personal belongings out. He had pictures of himself and his family throughout the living room. One of the cabinets in the kitchen contained all of his prescription medications. He left credit cards and personal things in a drawer in the kitchen. Everything was just so uncomfortable. And then we get into the master bedroom, and it was UNBELIEVABLE. The top drawer of the dresser contained a plethora of sex toys, lubrication, poppers, homosexual pornography, and a bank deposit bag containing cash. The closet was open that had all of his clothes and personal belongings. I'm not sure what this owner was thinking. We discovered there was maybe 4 towels throughout the entire house for people to use when showering. There was ZERO direction on checking out and what we needed to do. For the amount of money I paid to stay at this property for one night it was a complete waste. He's lucky we were all adults, I can't imagine what a family would think had their kids gotten into that top drawer of the dresser. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
