Beautiful 5 bedrooms/ en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 3-4 share a jack an Jill bathroom. GREAT Neighborhood - Walk to lots of neighborhood restaurants, bars, bike trails to Scottsdale. Top Golfing within minutes in all directions. Great host, great amenities, great location. This house is perfect for a family. The host was so gracious and accommodating. It had everything we needed and more, from a crib, to high chairs, hooks in the bathrooms, large closets, pool toys, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, I could go on and on. Highly recommend and we will definitely be going back. I have stayed at a lot of short term rentals and don’t often find a repeat. This is one for sure.

Home had a perfect floor plan with bedrooms separated on each corner of home allowing for privacy. Kitchen and family area was perfect for cooking and dining! Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for a large family! Property management was amazing and check in and out was seamless! Will be a repeat for sure!

We rented this property for 4 nights to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation and extended family to stay in. The house layout was perfect! Great kitchen for entertaining! Very clean and excellent communication. We needed an ADA compliant house as well and that was a huge plus! Definitely recommend and we would love to rent again!

Our group of professionals in-town for a strategy retreat and training really enjoyed the home and amenities, it was perfect for us to relax and hang out and rest. The entire property is impressive and the kitchen was next level.

Beautiful house!

We hosted a baby shower and this house was perfect! It was extremely clean and spacious. Carmen was easily available and very accommodating. Will definitely be renting this place in the future.

We absolutely loved this place. It gives plenty of room to hang out and play games or even chill out alone. The photos are extremely accurate and we plan on visiting this location again. Carmen was really easy to get a hold of and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Overall 11/10 😊

Incredible property for our family vacation!

We were in AZ for a family wedding along with our 3 adult children plus 3 grandsons. This house was absolutely perfect. We were amazed how well stocked it was with everything we needed. The heated pool was a true highlight. We loved it. The property owners were excellent! We highly recommend it!

This place was amazing and brand new! It was better than advertised. It was very clean and well kept. Amenities were perfect for a family of 10 on Spring Break! Carmen was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond with our stay. She is very attentive and accommodating. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Thanksgiving in Az

We really enjoyed this house. Even better than the pictures. We had 9 total guests and plenty of room. The kitchen was awesome. The only downside was the super soft mattress in the main master bedroom, but otherwise it was we loved it.

Amazing property, great location, awesome property manager

We were in town for a family wedding and had 4 kids and 7 adults staying here. The house was way better then we expected and the location was perfect. I have stayed in PHX 5 times now and this was the most centrally located to everything we wanted. The host was great! We had an issue with the pool heater and she was over within 30 minutes to fix the issue. This house also came fully stocked with multiple pantries and closest full of stuff ou may need. We will be back!
