Home had a perfect floor plan with bedrooms separated on each corner of home allowing for privacy. Kitchen and family area was perfect for cooking and dining! Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for a large family! Property management was amazing and check in and out was seamless! Will be a repeat for sure!

We rented this property for 4 nights to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation and extended family to stay in. The house layout was perfect! Great kitchen for entertaining! Very clean and excellent communication. We needed an ADA compliant house as well and that was a huge plus! Definitely recommend and we would love to rent again!

Five Star Experience

We were in town for a national volleyball tournament and could not have had a better stay! Location was perfect, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Carmen was super responsive and helpful.

Great house

Before I booked my stay I read the reviews and thought it sounded too good to be true but I ended up booking. So glad I did! The reviews were all great because the house is great! The house has everything you could ever need. The set up having 3 master bedrooms with private baths is great for large groups. The other bedroom shares bathroom with bunk bed room. Which worked great for my family as we had 4 couples and 2 teens. The pool was great for relaxing. The kitchen is a dream kitchen!

Great Home and Location

With our group arriving from 5 different states, the ease of getting to the airport was appreciated. Close to 15 minutes each way. We were visiting for a wedding and the wedding venue was close by. We walked to get donuts, pizza, ice and restaurants. Easy drive to trail to climb Camelback Mountain. All the beds and bedding were comfortable. Spacious bathrooms and closets. We loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The pool was nice and the outdoor area was fun for games and enjoying the weather.

Amazing property, great location, awesome property manager

We were in town for a family wedding and had 4 kids and 7 adults staying here. The house was way better then we expected and the location was perfect. I have stayed in PHX 5 times now and this was the most centrally located to everything we wanted. The host was great! We had an issue with the pool heater and she was over within 30 minutes to fix the issue. This house also came fully stocked with multiple pantries and closest full of stuff ou may need. We will be back!

Wow

Our group of professionals in-town for a strategy retreat and training really enjoyed the home and amenities, it was perfect for us to relax and hang out and rest. The entire property is impressive and the kitchen was next level.

Spacious, Well-Equipped & Comfortable

We chose this place for two reasons - the bed and bathroom set up and the pool. The bedrooms were great, as were the bathrooms. Each couple had their own bathroom and we had a bedroom to spare. The pool was a nice size but unfortunately did not heat up enough for most of the group to enjoy. Understandably, it’s winter so it isn’t going to feel as warm as one would like, but it seemed like the pool heater wasn’t working properly. In any event, we still had a very good time and appreciated the open concept and beautiful kitchen. We would recommend the property and the neighborhood, which was close to a lot of great places, including not far from the airport!

Spacious Home

Carmen's home was beautiful and spacious! You can tell she thought through everything when designing and creating this magnificent place. The pictures do not do it justice, the house comes with everything you can think of. We will definitely be back!

Wedding weekend

My relatives stayed at this home while in Phoenix for our daughter’s wedding. This home was AMAZING! Spacious, clean and modern. The en-suite bedrooms and bathrooms provided privacy for everyone. The kitchen, living room and dining area was enormous, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Several enjoyed using the heated pool in the back yard. My relatives were DELIGHTED with this home. It was a wonderful experience for them with many happy memories.

Incredible property for our family vacation!

We were in AZ for a family wedding along with our 3 adult children plus 3 grandsons. This house was absolutely perfect. We were amazed how well stocked it was with everything we needed. The heated pool was a true highlight. We loved it. The property owners were excellent! We highly recommend it!

Exactly what we needed!

The house in Arcadia was perfect for our group. We were in town for a wedding and stayed at this property for two nights. Nice pool and backyard area, clean kitchen, plenty of TV’s, and Amazon Alexa’s to play music. Carmen was very responsive and helpful.

10/10 house! Perfect for larger groups

My friends and I were in Arizona for a wedding and were looking for a house that could fit the 10 of us. This house was perfect! The kitchen is massive and so much fun to have group dinners in and the rest of the property was super spacious as well. Large rooms, very comfortable beds, lots of amenities (coffee pods, shampoo & conditioner, pool towels, etc.) The house was spotless. The backyard was also amazing - heated pool, lots of seating, fun pool toys and a grill. Carmen was also so sweet and very responsive. Couldn’t recommend this house more.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for our local wedding weekend with some friends and it was the perfect house with so much space! Rooms were huge, beds were comfy, and Carmen was a treat to work with! Beautiful remodeled house with everything you could ask for. Even better that it’s dog friendly so our pup could be included in our special weekend. Thanks again!!

Everything and more!

Where do I start? This rental is truly incredible & what made it even more extraordinary was gracious, kind & accommodating Carmen is! The home is a show stopper inside and out- everything you could every need AND more! Our visiting family was comfortable and felt like they were at a hotel. The location is superb and perfect for any families coming to town especially with kids. Carmen thinks of truly everything! Thank you for an incredible stay!
