Biltmore's 12th green is in your back yard

THE BILTMORE COMMUNITY: If you are familiar with the historic pride of Arizona this will be old news. If not, tis will be welcome news, as this is a well groomed community containing a famous five star (5) Biltmore Hotel and Resort including a regional shopping center, two golf courses and several high end residential homes throughout. Well located in the financial area with many high end hotels and high rise office buildings. An exceptional number of dining establishments for all budgets are near-by. Coffee shops, Pubs, to Sports Bars, and shopping all close and within walking distance as well.
THE TOWN-HOME: Completely upgraded building including all new kitchen, baths, bedrooms, flooring and patios. The bedrooms are large and the King Bed Suite and the Queen Bed Suite come with their own private baths. (The floor plan has been changed from what is shown. Now the bath into the Queen Bed Suite enters directly from the bedroom.) An additional half bath convenient to the kitchen and living room. Flat screen TVs in the bedrooms, a large wall mounted TV in the living room and the fourth TV on the back patio adjacent to the golf course.
The home is professionally decorated with traditional furnishings all chosen to please those with a finer touch. This home is within a gated community with off street parking in addition to the included garage. Additionally, the home is located on the 12th fairway of the Links Golf course overlooking the 12th green and a small lake as you can see in the photos. The setting is very serene and quiet.
No one lives above or below you and this is not in anyone's back yard. You have your own garage and private entry.
Cleaning service every two weeks is included for those staying one full month or longer.

The Perfect Stay

Great location, walking distance to food, cocktails and entertainment. The townhome was immaculate, comfortable and set up with everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Sitting out back was a perfect end to the day with a glass of wine and quiet. Could not have asked for a better host or stay.

Could not have been more pleased Dave and Terryl as guests. They were the guests you would hope for. Obviously they took care of the place while they were here and better yet left it very clean. Very little for the cleaning crew to do.

Luxury alternative to hotel rooms

Great place in a quiet spot close to the Biltmore hotel. The host was very keen to ensure my stay went smoothly so thank you Larry. Furnished to a high standard and with all amenities minus food of course. Excellent property and would suit families too.

Biltmore area townhouse

This unit was well stocked and very clean. Check in was easy. Heated pool was less than a block away and was nice. Larry was easy to contact and answered all our questions. Very comfortable two bedroom townhouse with 2 en suite bathrooms.

This property is everything as advertised. The home is immaculate, with excellent beds. The unit is equipped with everything you would possibly want or need. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker an expresso machine etc. This owner goes the extra mile. Will definitely book again if in the Phoenix area, The location is central to everything, gated with a smart lock on the door that is super easy to use. Zero drawbacks. i

As advertised!

This is a beautiful, spacious property in a great location. Our host, Larry, went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He was very responsive to any questions we had and the property is stocked with some amenities (bottled water, k cup & regular coffee, creamers). We had two couples staying at the property so nice that each room has its own en-suite bathroom (though one bedroom is larger than the other of course). We didn’t cook while there, but we checked out the pots/pans which were in very good shape (we’ve had bad luck on that front at other locations). Many properties don’t quite live up to their description, this one did.

Fantastic Place

Everything about the property was great....the location, the furnishings, the supplies & staples. Most properties leave you no supplies so you have to buy everything from trash bags and paper towels to coffee. All that stuff was there. So appreciated that.

Biltmore Estate Unit

I have never stayed at a rental that was so-well supplied with utensils, cleaners, towels, etc. The unit was one of our top VRBO rentals. The owner has a very useful booklet with pertinent information about the unit, restaurant recommendations, etc, and he was easy to get in touch with when we had questions. Great location in the Biltmore estates and accessible to many other areas. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Myrna and Dick were terrific and are welcome anytime. We had a smart thermostat issue that they were very patient with. It was simply a program issue and was resolved the same day. These are good people that could be a friend as well as a guest. On a scale of 1-5, five being the best I would give them at least a 6. Hope to see them again.

Biltmore beauty

Had a wonderful time at this residence. Beautiful views over the golf course and two patios allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The pool was fabulous and the pathways in the area allowed for many beautiful walks and hikes. The residence was immaculate and well appointed. A most enjoyable stay!

It was a pleasure hosting Brian and Martina and was pleased they enjoyed the two pools and spas. Also Taking advantage of the hiking paths and the two patios to view the sunsets and the golf course. You could not ask for better 5 star guests and it was a pleasure meeting them. They said they plan to return and that was the best compliment one could ask for. Obviously they enjoyed their golfing experience here in the valley as I know it was a big reason in choosing the Biltmore area. their interest in coming back tells me all I need to know.

This is the very top of communities in the southwest. Guests are coming here to enjoy the active areas such as Phoenix Mountain Park Reserve which is literally across the street. That includes hiking, biking (bikes are included), mountain climbing and picnicking sites.
If you are a baseball fan the Arizona Diamondbacks, basketball Phoenix Suns, the Coyotes Hockey, and soccer teams, Phoenix Rising. The spring training for the Cactus League includes nearly every team west of the Mississippi river and is an enormous draw to their fans.
If you are car buff you have nationally known car auctions including the Barrett/Jackson Auto Auction that bring thousands of fans to buy, sell and observe the entire format of Classic to Muscle Cars enjoyed by their fans.
The Phoenix Open Golf tournament brings professional golfers, sports figures for the pro-am portion and hundreds of thousands of fans for the week long event.
This community includes two swimming pools (one heated), 2 tennis courts, 2 Spas and this particular home views onto the golf course and the lake.
The property is located close to many museums including the Phoenix Art Museum and the nationally know Heard Museum of Native American Art.
