With convenient ski-in/ski-out access from both the Morrisey Chairlift and the Orient Express, this is a great location for your winter vacation, and you get a great view of Mt Morrisey from both your private balcony and your private hot tub on the patio below. With the ability to sleep up to 12 people everyone can have their own space to relax and recharge, but reconnect in the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. There's also a barbeque on the balcony for you to enjoy a summer cookout!

This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony), a double bed in the second bedroom, a double bed in the third bedroom, a double bed in the fourth bedroom, a sofabed in the sleeping den, and a queen sofabed in the living room.

Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
