Everything was set up well. From the kitchen and laundry to the bathrooms and bedrooms. We communicated with our host and Shonda was quick to respond. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect for 4 couples! (No one trying to sleep in bunk beds)

Went to see the folks in Happy Trails and this is just over a mile from their place. Sister and hubby met us there. This is our sec9nd time in two years staying here because the property and host are outstanding!

The house was absolutely perfect and Shonda was incredibly responsive. Our family does Vrbo for vacations at least twice a year and this was the best equipped kitchen (spices & all) that I have ever had!

This was such an amazing stay, they were very awesome with their communication. The house was amazing and it smelled great, like flowers. The pool was a 10/10 it was very clean and relaxing. Overall the stay was 10/10 I would definitely recommend as well as come back.

Beautiful Surprise Oasis

This home was amazing. The host was spectacular. Loved the location. The size of the home and the amenities were beyond what we expected. The home was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Prasada is so close. Anything you could need is minutes away. Great location. We can't wait to book again!

Favorite VRBO

We have stayed at VRBO properties all over the country and this was one of our top places ever. The house and pool were amazing. When you walk through the door the places smells so clean. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and spices. We literally had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was tremendous. I highly recommend.

Winter getaway

A wonderful getaway from the winter weather. We have relation in the area to visit so it worked out great, that they were just across Bell Rd in Arizona Traditions. The Pool was lovely however too cold to get in. Location was awesome made it easy to get around. We had everything we needed Thank you to our host

Roomy and convenient

Nice space for parents to come over from nearby Happy Trails to visit and have food. Played cards in the dining room and watched movies at the same time. Shonda was terrific, very responsive.

Highly recommend!

Shonda was the best part about this rental, and that says a lot considering it was the most beautiful and accommodating home. Shonda was so kind throughout the stay, and the house was very clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will stay there again!

Family Visit with ailing parents/grandparents that live in Surprize AZ

The house and baker were very nice with many amenities. We were able to cook together, celebrate birthdays and Mother’s Day. Enjoyed the pool.

Great house with plenty of room for 4 couples.

We had two softball tournaments this weekend, one At Sun City West and one at Sun City Festival, and this house was perfectly located between the two. Right around the corner from Winco, Sam’s Club and other shopping made it very convenient for us to pick up groceries after arriving. We had four couples and other than having to share bathrooms it was the perfect house. The kitchen was large and well equipped. There was plenty of seating for all of us both indoors and outside. We had a lot of fun playing cornhole and ping-pong in the evenings. There were lots of linens available, the beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. There was a little bit of road noise behind the house but you only really noticed it if you had the windows open, we will definitely use this house again for future tournaments.

Spring in the desert

Great property and location. Nearby to White Tank Mountain and hiking trails. Good proximity to Phoenix and various spring training venues. Shonda was very communicative and helpful.
