This is a gorgeous, newly renovated home with a ton of great amenities! Everything in this house was renovated in 2022, including the floors, HVAC, kitchen, bathroom, patio, new fire pit, all appliances, and all new furniture! The house is great for anyone that wants to be close to the beach, golf course, or wineries. Located just a short 10 minute drive to Weko Beach, 5 minutes from Pebblewood golf course, and right in the middle of a TON of wineries. At the house you can sit out and relax on the patio for a nice dinner, soak it up in the hot tub, or relax by a nice fire.

Inside the home you will be greeted with new furniture, beds, appliances and much more. The living room is equipped with a brand new 65 inch smart tv and the 2 main bedrooms have new smart tvs as well so you can fall asleep to your favorite movie or series. In order to maximize your enjoyment on your vacation, this house includes central heat and air conditioning, high-speed wifi, grill, games, YouTube TV, outdoor seating on the gorgeous patio, and much more. This house is perfectly set up to enjoy Baroda to its fullest potential, where the location is prime. There is enough room to park multiple cars in the driveway.

Kennth and Amy werr such great hosts! They were very communicative and ensure every step of the process was smooth for our stay! The rental itself was incredibly cute and was the perfect little bungalow for our groups get together.

Location...location...location....we chose this home based on the location of several SW Michigan wineries in proximity of this home and it proved to be an even better location than hoped!The home was well taken care of and offered a great retreat away from traffic and noise and the owner was attentive to questions and offered places to visit and offered an all around great experience! We highly recommend this home and would consider renting again if we are in this area.Curtis

Tucked away on a quiet country road, this newly remodeled home provides a perfect basecamp for exploring local attractions. Our toddlers enjoyed romping around St. Joe's beaches and climbing huge sand dunes at Warren Dunes State Park.The property itself offers privacy, a beautiful view of local farming fields, an outdoor fire pit, grill, and hot tub. It was incredibly clean, organized, and the hosts were excellent communicators.We highly recommend!

This place was wonderful. The host was excellent and extremely responsive to any inquiries. The location was a in quiet setting in the heart of local wineries and farms (yet only a short drive off the freeway) which is exactly what we wanted for our girl’s weekend. A few small towns around the area offered either a good breakfast, dinner, brewery, dive bar (nice for cheap drinks!) and several wineries with St Joe only being an easy 15-20 minute drive away. We also loved the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings! The only suggestion I have is to put some hooks up to hang wet suits and towels ;-)I would definitely go back if I ever stay in that area again. Ken was a great host!

This was our second time staying at this property and it's always great! Convenient location close to our favorite beach and we had a great "lightning bug" show each evening. Perfect weather for the hot tub (or hot pool as my kids call it) and easy check in and out process!

Awesome place to stay!

This is a great property. The location is close to the beach and both Bridgman and Baroda. We really enjoyed the large yard, firepit and hot tub. Everything on the property is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Little Place Close to the Beach

We’ve stayed here twice now and it’s a great little place. It’s cozy, and has all the modern amenities. The host is helpful and accommodating. Close to Lake Michigan beaches and local attractions. Definitely would recommend!

This is a great place to stay. It is clean and well maintained. The owner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. This was the second time we stayed here. We enjoy the privacy of the backyard and the country feel, even though it's just minutes from town. We hope to return again next summer!

Even Better In Person

Having stayed in several other Vrbo’s in the area, I can confidently say this is the best we have experienced. The location is wonderful - quiet but close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, and the host was very thoughtful and provided food recommendations for the area. We hope to stay here again!

Fire out and hot tub FTW

We had a blast with our kids ages 7, 5, 3, and 1. The hot tub and roasting smores in the fire pit were highlights for sure!

We have always wanted to have other houses in the area that other people could enjoy as well. Once this property came on the market we knew it would make a great short term rental. The layout on the home is great and the area could not be any better.

Being so close to the beach and wineries is what made us fall in love with the home. The hot tub on the patio at night is just an added bonus!
