Relax on the balcony overlooking the pool and lake Marion or go down and relax at the pool, or launch your boat at the boat ramp for the day and go fishing or cruising. There is also a myriad of golf courses near by. For dinner with a great view head over to the other side of the lake to the Lake House bar and grill for adult beverages on the lake with great food. For upscale dining Clark’s restaurant is a good choice. Bike,hike,or cook out over at Santee state park which is only 10 minutes away

My children loved the pool and we had a successful fishing trip. The accommodations were great and the host was every quick to answer questions.

Beautiful condo and view from it. My kids enjoyed the pool that they basically had for themselves everyday we were there and I enjoyed reading on the balcony and taking in the thunderstorm. We were able to go on two fishing charters which husband loved and condo wasn't far away from either place we left out of. Comfy beds and great place. Thanks again!

great stay not good grounds man

This was a very nice place to stay but some man who does the grounds had a nasty attitude. He questioned us staying there and I told him I spoke with the property manager and he said that they dont have one.

Relaxing Location

Great place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing get away by the water. They have a walking bridge near the place that goes over the water and beautiful views of the lake. Host was very responsive with any questions or issues I had.

Santee stay

The condo was very welcoming and easy access for my disabled daughter & her wheelchair. The elevator was a huge plus. Any additional needs were immediately rectified by the host & cleaning representative. The view was amazing, saw a few alligators, caught a few fish. There is a sand bar across from the Condo that gets really loud when the boaters park and play their music. Didn't bother us though. Overall for our first time, a wonderful experience and would use this host again! Justin was amazing.

Very nice!

We loved the condo. It’s in a nice neighborhood, close to Santee and right on Lake Marion for anyone that likes boating. The view off the deck is beautiful. The place was very clean and communicating with the owner was almost immediate. We would rent again should we have the need to be in Santee.
