Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Santee retreat on beautiful Lake Marion. This fabulous home features 3 large bedrooms - the Master bedroom has a King bed, TV and a private bath with a soaker tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and is located next to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath. The kitchen, dining area and living room are very spacious and the deck off of the living room and master bedroom provides a beautiful view of Lake Marion.
Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Santee and our home has to offer. Located near Santee National Golf Club, Lake Marion Golf Course and Santee Cooper Country Club Golf Club, this is a golf players dream. With boat rentals just next door and great fishing on Lake Marion, you can plan on a relaxing time. Boat launching and trailer parking is very near to this fabulous Townhome at no extra charge.
You could easily take a day trip to Charleston from this beautiful home. There are SO many reasons to visit this beautiful, historic city. Shop Tanger Outlets, ride the water taxi, take a dolphin tour, visit the aquarium, eat at some fabulous restaurants, take a horse carriage ride. There is so many reasons to come to stay!

Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some but location made it easy to get to resyaurants. Host was easily avcessible. Highly recommend this unit.

Great Visit

Peaceful setting. Great for three couples. Close to grocery and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again and recommend for others.

Not our first stay here. Always neat and clean and well stocked kitchen. Love deck overlooking the lake and closeness to golf courses. Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here. We had everything we needed. We especially appreciate the ground level entry. Also, for those who have back pain, the beds are soft but firm. If you can't sleep flat, the living room has several recliners.

This hidden gem was a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home. It suited our needs perfectly while being in a quiet serene and quaint lakeside complex. Had everything you would need for a weekend getaway.

Golf Weekend

This location was perfect. Within 5 minutes of local golf courses and right on the lake. Plenty of room for 4 people with 4 total beds and 3 bathrooms. We can’t wait for our next golf trip so we can stay here again. Great communication with owners as well. Awesome weekend

Guys golf trip

Dave’s place was amazing. For a long weekend annual golf trip with friends, the condo had everything we were looking for. The three bedroom and three bathroom combo was amazing. The place was immaculately clean and exactly as described. The location is phenomenal as it was easy to find, quiet and so close to the courses. Dave was a phenomenal host. He was super helpful and great with communication. Without question would stay there again.

We have the Lakeview! Plus, this is a very large condo. Each room has its own bathroom. And we are just an hour from Charleston!
