The property was as described, clean and plenty of space for what was needed. The neighborhood was quiet at all times of the day and night. The host was nice and communicative.

Great Trip!

We had a group of Friends in town for Golfing and an Astros game. I couldn't be happier with the property and the communication, I would stay again the next time I'm in Houston.

Clean, modern property exactly as advertised

Stayed in this property with a group of friends for a weekend in Houston. It was extremely clean and comfortable for everyone. The hot tub was also a nice plus.

Sam’s place was beautiful and clean!!! The hot tub was a plus! He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The location was close to the downtown area where there were lots of dining/bar options. I would definitely recommend staying at Sam’s home!

Great Home Base For Houston

Feels like a brand new home. Lots of space with comfy beds. We also loved the hot tub. Houston is not really a walkable city, so this is a good home base.

Perfect for our weekend trip to the city! The townhouse was spotless and welcoming. Sam was friendly, accommodating, and communicative. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Horrible Experience

He called every hour all through the disturbing us asking if I was married to the gentleman I was with. He was calling well before checkout threatening to call the police when the shower curtain fell he became irate stating it was our fault and again threatened to call the police. We were honorable and respectful to his property yet he made sure our ONE night was a miserable experience. I would never recommend this host.
