Welcome to Highland Heights… A Smoky Mountain Retreat. This cozy cabin is located minutes from downtown Highlands near Mirror Lake, where you can hear the waterfall from the front deck. With 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths it sleeps 6 comfortably. The Owner’s suite is surrounded by picturesque windows and a birds eye view and a cozy King size bed, It offers a gas log fireplace that is remote controlled and a renovated bathroom. The 2nd guest bedroom has a King size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. Flat screen Smart TV’s are located in each bedroom and in the Living Room with cable and Wifi throughout. The updated kitchen is picture perfect with new stainless appliances and open shelving. Fully stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. Including pots, pans, rice cooker, crock pot, a Kureig, regular coffee pot, coffee grinder and even a French press! The living room has cathedral ceilings with stacked stone gas log fireplace. When you step out onto the deck you are surrounded by all of the best that nature has to offer. A spacious patio dining table with swivel chairs for relaxing and enjoying morning coffee, a meal or a bottle of wine. Stroll out and enter a magical world with enhanced lighting in the trees that will lead you to a privacy deck and a fire pit. If you prefer to dine out you are located minutes from the best dining experiences Highlands has to offer and close to some of the most amazing waterfalls and hiking trails in the area. Spend your day relaxing at the cabin, Fly fishing in Mirror lake or hiking some of the many waterfalls in the area.

NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We pay for the best service that is available to this area. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support is available in the mountains and there are times when Wifi service is intermittent. There will be no refunds for interruption of Wi-Fi services.

No smoking inside home. You must be 25 years of age to rent here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.

All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID, their Mailing Address, Email Address and Phone number upon booking. This can be sent by text or email. You are also required to digitally sign our rental agreement. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information and digitally signed the rental agreement.
