3rd floor end unit gives great light and views. No one above you for quieter days and evenings for relaxation. Fully furnished and well equipped condo to help you completely enjoy your visit. Primary bedroom with king bed which can be separated into 2 twins should sleeping arrangements be preferred. Dresser, nightstands and TV complete the room. Private bath attached. 2nd bedroom with twin beds, dresser and TV. Linen closet with extra sheets and towels. Stackable washer and dryer. Kitchen with granite and stainless appliances fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. Kitchen also overlooks the dining area and great room for carefree enjoyment. Basic cable and internet included. Covered back porch with furniture to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the golfers pass by on Greg Norman #13 or have a cocktail in the evening with sounds of the water fountain in view. Access to community pool, tennis courts and basketball. Minutes to Barefoot Landing with all of its restaurants, shops, bars, live music and more. 7 minute drive to the beach. Please note, 3rd floor walk up, no elevator!

KEY POINTS:
Primary renter/Resident must be at least 25 years old to book.
Additional $100 charge if late checkout after 11:00 am.- late checkout may be possible- need to check on possibility in advance.
NO smoking inside the condo, please go outside to smoke and dispose of all butts properly.
NO illegal drugs or any illegal activities of kind allowed on premises.
Motorcycles and Trailers are not allowed per HOA guidelines.
Guests are provided 2 pool passes during stay, if lost, misplaced or not returned upon check out, there will be a $200 per replacement of each pass.
Only guests on the reservation are allowed to stay at the condo, $50 will be charged for additional unauthorized guest.
PLEASE NOTE: Barefoot Resort is home to many residents and vacationers alike, as such quiet time is strongly enforced from 11:00pm -8:00am

Just what we needed.

We stayed 3 nights and it was great, clean, comfortable king bed, patio was beautiful and peaceful. Enjoyed and will be back next year!

I didn’t realize there was not an elevator and had a little difficulty with bringing my bag up. I made it but that was my fault for getting a unit on the third floor.

Relaxing place to get away

The condo was very quiet and cozy. Located in Ironwood with a wonderful pool and easy access to everything. Beds and living room couch were all very comfortable and hosts provided lots of extra touches to make you feel welcome. Had a wonderful stay.

Great host, excellent communication and a terrific location

In town for a golf tournament with family of 4, accommodations were perfect for us in a great location in Barefoot Landing. Host Alana could not have been better with her communication before our stay and regarding check-in and check-out procedures. Would highly recommend!

A Relaxing, Get-a-away!

The condo is exactly as pictured & described with a nice community pool. Peaceful, quiet surroundings yet close enough to enjoy the beach & crowds if you want to. We would highly recommend it. The owner is great to work with and very responsive if you have any questions.

Welcoming home away from home

From the moment we entered we felt at home. There were so many nice touches that other rental properties don't think of leaving for guests. From the kitchen cabinets stocked with seasonings beyond salt and pepper, bathroom cabinets with extra sunblock, after sun gel, Tylenol, and other essentials, to the case of water, bottle of wine, and chocolate candies they left so many little kindnesses for us to enjoy. I also appreciated having family games, access to their beach chairs and umbrellas, and Bluetooth speakers for beach days. If we return to dance competition in Myrtle beach next year we will definitely look to stay here first!

Highly recommend! My husband & I stayed at this property between Christmas & New Years. The condo was cozy, quiet, and centrally located for all our needs in Myrtle Beach. The view from the balcony was perfect! The condo, especially the kitchen, was fully stocked. We did not use the pool or tennis courts due to temperature, but everything looked great & was within walking distance from the condo. Communication with owners was immediate & helpful. We'll definitely stay here again!

Coastal dream

This condo is a lovely place to stay and relax. It was on the 3rd floor but the stairs were easy to climb. The owners had thought of everything for their guests. From lovely sheets/towels/soaps and a goodie basket in kitchen. We felt right at home. Kitchen was well stocked and great to cook in. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the fountain. We so enjoyed our time at this "Coastal Dream" condo. Thanks for everything. Cheers!

Everything you could ask for

I want to start by saying that the Barefoot subdivision is a perfect little nook in the heart of North Myrtle beach. When in the sub, it was quiet, well maintained, and perfect. In a short 2 mile drive out of the sub your surrounded by all the fun North Myrtle has to offer. The golf courses in Barefoot are beautiful as well. I played the Love and the Norman, both left little to be desired for the price. Our condo was clean, well stocked, and Alana was easy to reach when I had questions. I would definitely stay there again!!

Thank you for staying at our little condo. I am not a golfer but my husband is and he is slowly but surely trying out all of the 80 plus courses, lol. I do enjoy watching the golfers go by while sitting on the deck. We hope to host you again in the future. Cheers to the rest of "23!

The unit was very nice. There were a lot of nice touches that the owners provided for us - like a welcome bottle of wine. Kitchen was very well stocked. TV in living room and master. The only problems we encountered were the stairs. Three flights to reach the 3rd floor. If you’re in shape and not golden oldies like us, I’m sure it wouldn’t be a problem. I was concerned about the master bath shower. Seemed slippery and I was afraid I’d fall. If there had boeen a grab bar I wouldn’t have been concerned. LOL l

One king bed in primary bedroom with private bath, complete with dresser, night stands and TV that can be split into 2 twins. secondary bedroom with twin beds, dresser, closet and TV. Large sectional sofa open to dining area and overlooking the covered back porch with a beautiful view. We thank you in advance for considering a stay!
