Burnt Store Marina is a gated community spread out over 600 acres with diverse housing styles. Located on Charlotte Harbor, only 10 miles from the Gulf of Mexico through the Boca Grande Pass, we are surrounded by barrier islands with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world by way of boat or car. Our community is also unique in that it is one of the few gated communities with both a 27-hole golf course and a privately-owned marina. Don’t forget to visit our 3 restaurants, Cass Cay and the Trading Post down at the marina, and, Linkside CafĂ© at the golf club. Also within our gates are many independent businesses offering yacht & charter services, golf cart sales/rentals, kayak rentals, boat rentals and more.
Want to bring Fido, the dog ? No problem; we accept 1 dog up to 50lbs (No Cats please) see description for pet fees.

Our Small pet was welcome . Condo was clean and very nice décoration in the apartment . We have enjoyed our stay and will come back . Everything we needed was there , we were feeling at home ! Thanks to the owner .

The host was fabulous. They communicated when we initially booked and gave us all the information we needed leading up to arrival. The condo is beautiful and everything works as it should. The fourth floor view of the marina is fantastic. Looking out at the manatees, was quite a sight. The beds are very comfortable and the living room is just right. Kitchen has all the supplies you need to provide meals. The bathrooms are clean and bright. You won’t regret a stay in this unit any time of year.

Great Condo with a wonderful view of the Marina and sunsets. We loved the walkability as well. We found the community very friendly and active. We love to golf and having that close by was awesome. Added bonus the weather was great!

Fabulous

Loved everything about our stay. The condo had a beautiful screened lanai where we spent most of our time watching the manatees. Totally enjoyed our time there. David was very responsive to any questions. Will definitely be back.

Paradise

Beautiful property as described. Unfortunately I was working disaster relief after Hurricane Ian and was not able to take advantage of all of the amenities, but caught some amazing sunsets while working on the balcony. I’m thankful to the owners for allowing me to share their amazing property!
