Excellent Location on a Quiet cul-de-sac that is very close to Fisherman's Village, Restaurants, Downtown Shopping, Ponce De Leon / Gilchrist / Laishley Park, Medical, Banks, Marina and Nature and Wildlife Parks.

Great parks in Punta Gorda offer pickleball, tennis and basketball courts in addition to biking paths and play grounds. Pickleball enthusiasts should check out the PicklePlex located on the FSW Campus in Punta Gorda. The Marinas offer a multitude of water activities for chartered fishing, sightseeing or boat rentals. Municipal golf courses are available within close proximity of Punta Gorda.

This is an immaculate Home with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Features a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms. Master with King Size Bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin size beds. Open Living Room and Dining area. Roomy Lanai with an abundance of seating and a beautiful refinished unheated salt water pool and lovely landscaping.

WiFi and YouTube TV included. Washer and dryer are located in the garage for your convenience. Parking for 2 vehicles will be available in the driveway only, not in the garage or street.

Rental includes all utilities, fully equipped kitchen plus all towels and linens provided. Ideal for Couples, Small Families with Older Children and Seniors. Short or Long term renters welcome. Not suitable for small children, parties or large groups.

Guest Fee OVER 2 adults is $15/day per additional guests.

The home was very clean and well equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. The location was quiet and relaxing yet a very short drive to recreation, nightlife and shopping. The hostess was also very responsive to our questions.

Property was as described, owner & manager were highly responsive, when we had a few minor issues, all addressed almost instantly! This was the best response of all the vrbo's I have ever stayed at! Kitchen extremely well equiped, outdoor furniture nicer than most rentals, nice TVs etc.

Punta Gorda Paradise!

We have stayed at Mary's Punta Gorda home multiple times now and keep coming back! Marcy is responsive and a wonderful host. The house is sparkling clean and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The location on the canal and with a pool makes for your own tropical paradise. We look forward to our stay each year and will definitely be returning.

LOVED my stay!!

This is my 2nd this visit to Marcy’s beautiful home. My first trip was for work and stayed several weeks. I couldn’t wait to return for vacation this time. The home is updated and has a new lanai. I love the tropical decor that is throughout the home. I love the outdoor pool area it has plenty of seating and overlooks the canal. The home is very comfy. It’s located at the end of a canal so it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s in a great location only minutes to Fisherman’s Village and downtown. I can’t wait to come back. Marcy is an amazing host! I highly recommend you stay here.

A piece of paradise

First thing we noticed was how clean this home was, inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet and you felt very safe. It was stocked with every thing you could need to cook. Even the garage was spotless! Marcy was wonderful and if I had a question I would text her and she got back to me in a few minutes. We would definitely stay there again if we decide to go back to Florida. Highly recommend.

Favorite stay in Punta Gorda!

This is our second time staying at Marcy’s property in Punta Gorda and it won’t be our last. The house is clean and has everything you need. The well equipped kitchen is a bonus! The pool is beautiful as well as the backyard views. Marcy is the most wonderful host, responsive and welcoming. We are always sad when our stay comes to an end and we are already looking forward to the next trip.

Fantastic

The property was lovely on a quiet cut-de-sac. The owner was very nice and kindly offered suggestions on where to go. We enjoyed the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning as well as going to the park to play Pickleball. We would definitely stay again only longer.

A Punta Gorda Gem

My son and I spent four weeks here on a work assignment. It was the perfect home for us. The home is very cozy. I love the beachy decor. They have all the amenities you could possibly need. The pool area is amazing and has plenty of seating. I loved having morning coffee and nighttime cocktails overlooking the pool and canal. The beds and bedding are so very comfy. I had the best night's sleep during our stay. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, on a dead-end street. It's only a few minutes drive to Fisherman's Village and downtown PG . I travel here often and this is definitely at the top of my list! We loved our stay here!! Marcy was great! She was very responsive and friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We will be back!!

AWESOME

My husband and I stayed at Marcy’s home for too short of a time lol We loved everything about the property and working with Marcy, she has the home furnished and stocked with anything a person could possibly need. The community is beautiful and very quiet and close to all the opportunities available in Punta Gorda. Marcy even provided us with great restaurants to visit and things to do in the area. We will definitely go for a repeat stay!

We are from Indiana and love the laid back SW Florida atmosphere. In addition to outdoor activities like pickleball, tennis, bike riding and boating, we also enjoy the downtown shopping of Punta Gorda and watching sunsets at the local restaurants that offer an abundance of live music.

My husband is an avid fisherman, and with just a 7 minute boat ride out to Charlotte Harbor, he can often be found out there fishing for Snook, Red Drum, Grouper or Tarpon.

There's so much to do in Punta Gorda and we hope you join us for some of the fun!

This property is perfect for couples or a small family with grown children. It's been completely updated and has a gorgeous private pool. The landscaping is beautiful and you can fish from the dock. The lanai has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the waterfront view. The property is located in a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac on an extra wide canal which will provide privacy and a peaceful setting.
