An outdoor shower, chaise lounges, an additional seating area, Roku TV, and a Weber LP grill complete the outdoor entertainment area.

The fully stocked, renovated (2024) kitchen is state-of-the-art with gleaming quartz counters, Jenn-Air SS appliances, pantry, counter seating for 4, and a large island. It is stocked with everything you need to cook a feast. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, utility sink, and loads of cabinet space. There is also a two car garage and a whole house water filtration system.

The master bedroom boasts a split-king adjustable bed, a private updated bath with two sinks, a walk-in closet, and access via a sliding patio door to the lanai. The second bedroom features a king sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful, updated bathroom.

The home can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, and includes (5) 4K Ultra HD Roku TVs (70` in the family room, 65` on the lanai, 58` in the Master BR, 50` in the king guest room and 43` in the twin guest room), and Bluetooth speakers w/surround sound in the family room.

The home has everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation including a family pass to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, beach chairs, an umbrella, a wheeled cooler, sand toys, 4 adult bicycles, books, games, and puzzles. We also provide a pack-n-play, baby monitor, sound machine, booster high chair, kids cups, plates, and silverware for any families traveling with small children.

Non-shedding dogs are welcome with owner`s approval prior to booking.
